A revolutionary way to end police chases and reduce tragic accidents

## Elevator pitch
We help police officers end high speed pursuits from the safety of their vehicle. With a push of a button, a spiked strip shoots out and pops the fleeing car's tires instantly. Before, officers had to manually place spike strips along the road, putting them directly in danger. This tech hasn't been innovated since 1972, and now, nearly 12,000 people have died due to high speed chases. We're the first solution that lets officers deescalate a potentially fatal car chase with the push of a button.

## FAQ
1. **What's your team's experience selling within the constraints of government procurement process at the local and state level?**
   - Hello Julian. Our team is about 50% professionals, and 50% law enforcement, active duty and retired. We have sold to Tribal Police, City agencies, County agencies, Special Ops task forces, Cooperating agencies, and State Agencies. Every one is different but it just comes down to asking the right questions and getting in front of the right people. Our LE staff are instrumental in much of this process especially as the "doors" get opened. Additionally, we are to lean heavy on outside assistance...
2. **You say that 100% of the field trial agencies became customers and 90% re-ordered the product. But how many acutally is that? 5 field trial agencies? 100?**
   - We had seven agencies that participated in the pre-production field trials. These agencies were in the -40 of Alaska, to the rain of Washington, to the sand of Arizona to the heat and humidity of Florida. This field trials proved the effectiveness and reliability of our product and convinced us to move forward. Nationally, about 5% of field trials usually keep and pay for the product at the end of the field trial. We did better than any company I have ever personally heard of. Thanks Paul.
3. **What is the cost for an agency to buy one mobile spike unit? What's their cost to install it?**
   - The cost per unit for the Gen2 system will be $2,499 - $2,999 depending on volume. The system is designed to last for 10 years and can be transferred from vehicle to vehicle. Installation depends on the agency. Sometimes it's done by the city/county shop free of charge, sometimes it is done by an upfitter. Just depends on the agency. In the long term, instead of installing a standard push-bumper, an agency will install the MobileSpike push-bumper and at that point your more than half way ther...
4. **Can ordinary mechanics install the MobileSpike, or does MobileSpike perform the installation?**
   - Hello Paul. Thanks for the question. Yes, and mechanic would find the installation of the MobileSpike extremely easy. If you can install a push-bumper, you can install a MobileSpike. As a company, we do not do installs. We sell and train MobileSpike and that is all. Really good question Paul. Thank you.
5. **Onece the MobileSpike is deployed and used, can the officer use it again during the same persuit, or another persuit during the same shift without any maintenance having to be done to it? Once the spikes have been used up the initial time, I would suspect if you use it again, ...**
   - Hello Devang. Yes....to a point. There are 7 quills. Normally 1-3 quills are used per deployment. Therefore, an officer can instantly "push the button" again and get a second tire. As to your second question, the possibility of a blowout does not increase at all. In fact, without the quills deflation is extremely slow. Minutes in fact. Once the quills have been used, an officer just hits the "maintenance" switch and just pops in some new ones or replaces the strip entirely. This takes just se...

## Q&A
- Q: What role will mobilespike play when autonomous cars become the prevalent form of transportation in 5-10 years? Wouldn't it be easier to slow down or stop a car remotely?
  - A: The technology to stop a pursuits hasn't been updated since the 1970's. MobileSpike is that update, and our business plan calls for a sale of the company in about 4 years. Perhaps self driving cars will be a widespread reality some day. But until then, we intend to dominate this market and get a return for our shareholders. To your second question, the answer is a resounding no. In order to stop a car remotely the owner has to be willing to buy a car equipped with that technology and so far, Americans don't want to give that ability away to anyone. Thank you Dilraj.
- Q: What patents do you have?
  - A: Hello Jeff. We have two issued patents. One patent covers the entire MobileSpike system and alternative embodiments. The second patent covers the spike strip. We are covered well Jeff. Thanks for the question.
- Q: Please explain the relations between MobileSpike Inc. and Pursuit Management, Inc. the asignee for the US Patent number: 8154396 Vehicle disablement device
  - A: MobileSpike Inc was originally formed as Pursuit Management Inc. We recently changed the name of the company to better reflect our brand. Our company is now MobileSpike Inc, but we are, and have always been about pursuit management. Thanks for the great question Oleg.
- Q: Onece the MobileSpike is deployed and used, can the officer use it again during the same persuit, or another persuit during the same shift without any maintenance having to be done to it? Once the spikes have been used up the initial time, I would suspect if you use it again, the possibility of a blow out increases drastically since there are no spikes left to be embedded in subsequent uses is no maintenance is performed between uses.
  - A: Hello Devang. This takes just seconds and leads to consumables sales for our company. Great question Devang. Thank you.

- Q: With the 22 agencies that are interested, what hinders them from ordering the product? and if they do order how much will be your net profit?
  - A: Hello Mike. Thanks for the question. To produce our Gen1 system for sales would require several hundred thousand dollars which we have decided would not be a clear path forward for our companies profitability. It's a hard choice that must be made and we made it. We instead have developed a new system that will retail for 50% of our Gen1 system. That Gen2 system is completely developed and tested and we will use the funds raised here for inventory and sales operations in 2017. We are excited and ready to move forward in a big way. Check out our Mobilespike Facebook page for reactions to our new Gen2 system! Thanks Mike. Hope you join us!!
