## Story
Miso is a home services booking platform. When you want to purchase a product, you can open Amazon and order what you want. When you want to find a cleaner, a moving service or someone to remodel your home, you turn to Google. You do a search for service providers, waste time looking for reviews and make phone calls to receive quotes. We need a better way.Miso offers booking of 70 services in South Korea. Open our mobile app and you can instantly book a cleaner or a mover at a fixed transparent price. For more complex jobs like interior remodeling, you can request quotes and compare service providers to find the best person for you. You can trust the service providers we connect you with because they are rated by real customers after every service. We started in 2016 and in 5 years, we have already processed more than 3 million bookings totaling over $150 million in gross booking volume. We have connected over 350,000 customers and 40,000 partners. We currently process over $6.5 million in monthly bookings and are growing fast. When we launched in 2016, we only offered the ability to instant booking services at a fixed price. Last year, we launched a marketplace where partners can set their own pricing. While our instant book business is growing at record levels, the addition of the marketplace has accelerated our growth. In less than 7 months, the marketplace comprises 25% of our gross bookings. Our marketplace business is growing at 60% monthly and by the end of 2021, we expect this business to be operating at a $5 million net revenue run rate.People turn to Google to search for services because you can find anything on Google. The problem is, Google doesn't provide a great service experience. There is no quality control. Prices are not transparent. You can't book and pay via Google. This is where Miso wins. You can find any service on Miso but also receive a great experience. At the beginning of 2020, we only offered 4 services. Now that we offer 70, we have a greater number of customers using Miso for multiple services. The 12 month LTV for customers who use 2 or more Miso services is 2.3X higher than the average Miso customer. As we continue to expand the number of services we offer, the number of customers who use multiple Miso services will continue to increase. We have huge plans for expansion. Our customers place huge trust in us to enter their home and deliver a service. We can expand on our relationship with our customer to also sell home products. We also want to offer grocery replenishment services where we simply refill your refrigerator and pantry. Once we prove the model works in Korea, we want to expand to other countries.Leadership team & investorsMiso is led by Victor Ching. Before starting Miso, Victor was Chief Product Officer at Delivery Hero Korea. He launched food delivery services for Delivery Hero and helped scale the service to over 10 million orders a month. ## FAQ
1. **Have you considered adding a subscription model to your offering for services (in a bundle) that may occur regularly (e.g. quarterly or annually) and then allowing customers to pay via a monthly subscription fee instead of paying for each service? Not only should it increase y...**
 - This is an area which has been discussed internally. We've also talked about bundling our services with retailers so when you buy a dryer, you can either add or it comes with a subscription for regular maintenance. We have not implemented anything yet but we will do so within the year.
2. **Hi Victor, this sounds extremely interesting. How did you arrive at the valuation, USD 150m sounds high, 1x gross bookings. Best, Olof**
 - We were looking at a 2021 GMV multiple of 1.5X vs. global consumer tech peers at around 2.3X. Coupang, a Korean e-commerce company that went public on the NYSE recently is trading at around 4-5X. Our growth rate is also better than our peers as we are on track to grow 2.5-3X this year.
3. **At such a high valuation cap, can investors expect 10x return to investment form this Wefunder round?**
 - Yes, we believe we will return greater than 10X at this cap. The cap is higher because we are further along in the company in terms of revenue and are still growing rapidly. We are on pace to grow 2.5-3X this year.
4. **When /what time frame can Wefunder round investors expect conversion to equity?**
 - We plan on raising our next equity round this Summer.
5. **Is the service only available in Korea?**
 - At the moment, we only provide our service in Korea but the plan is to launch Miso outside of Korea as well.

## Q&A
- Q: Hello! Is there a form C or financials available? Thanks!
 - A: We would be willing to share our financials to investors considering larger investment amounts. If you email me at victor@getmiso.com, I'd be happy to chat.
- Q: There are already a ton of companies in this space. What is your advantage over the competition that will make you the leader in this space? What is the justification of the 150M valuation?
 - A: To lead in the services market, you need to do 2 things well: 1. Provide a wide selection of services and 2. Provide a tailored experience to each service. Most of the companies in the space do selection well as they started as horizontal platforms but are now just trying to build tailored experiences. For us, we're in a unique position as we're one of the only companies in the space who started with an end to end great experience for a single service and achieved a certain level of scale. We believe providing end to end experiences in home services is much more difficult than providing selection. We've build our software so you can add a fully customized service in a day to a week similar to how e-commerce companies add a product to their catalog. For services, it's a bit more difficult than adding products to an e-commerce store. For example, if you want to provide a fixed price for a moving service, you have to take into account how many trucks are needed, what the volume of furniture is, travel distance, etc. If you want to provide a quote for a paint job, you might have to take into account square footage, the number of rooms, whether there is furniture in the home, etc. We spent 5 years building our software and fine tuning our operations to be able to do this over hundreds or thousands of services.
- Q: When /what time frame can Wefunder round investors expect conversion to equity?
 - A: We plan on raising our next equity round this Summer.
- Q: Do you have any news?
- Q: Hi Miso team, any updates you can share on how things are going?
- Q: Our Company need to find more investors in Vietnam for Application online to Home Help Services in VN. Pls, contact us if any via EmailL Mr.Butler Thierry Ly or email: Butler24h@gmail.com or call cellphone: +84 909 896 544 . Tks alot for support!
- Q: Hi, congratulations on your impressive journey so far! Could you provide actual FY21 gross bookings and that of December FY21? If possible, split between fixed rate and marketplace. Thank you and all the best! Marlin
- Q: Can you please share YTD revenue and projected 2022 revenue?
- Q: Your details page shows 2019 profit of 2,516,315, I believe it must be a typo and it is a loss according to your financial statement.
- Q: Can you tell me who did the company's financial statements? This is the first time I've seen financials where the name of the CPA didn't appear on the document.
- Q: Hello! Interested in any material updates. This page has been relatively quiet. Did you successfully raise a fresh equity round? Any new metrics? Thanks very much.
- Q: Are you available in USA, if so Which states are you available now?
- Q: Do you plan to offer services in the U.S., Canada, Europe, other places?
- Q: When are you planning to close this Wefunder round?
- Q: Congratulations on ur success so far but I am struggling as many with the valuation of 150M which probably highest I ever seen so far on equity crowdfunding platform. The company is valued at the total transaction amount made (where I assume the profit is a very small cut of that) and probably not profitable yet. If the ROI for investors is only a potential of 10x. That is considered poor return with the risk associated. In addition it seems that you guys have multiple competitors in Korea alone. My biggest concern is I am not seeing the subscription agreement or form C in here. Can you please elaborate what is registered in U.S.A ? This company operating in Korea so what is registered in U.S. and what does the company in USA exactly owns ? Is Miso technology and apps are what registered ? And if so does it own the whole company in Korea ? I would appreciate clearing exactly what is being offered in here and the financial status of the company in details including its current profitability as what is being offered here are shares and stakeholders should be clear on what they signing up for
