In general, Mike tells me that our draft products would be similar to ciders - dry ciders / meads having less residual sugar and therefore less calories and sweet ciders / meads having more, etc. Our still products will be similar in that we have varying levels of sweetness (from dry to sweet). In terms of organic, we make use of some organic honeys and ingredients in our products, but we don't have an all organic product at the current time. And finally on the \"lite\" version - I'll assume you mean \"low calorie\" - and if that correct, the only real way to achieve that would be to create a much drier product. We have some recipes for dryer styles and we create pilot batches regularly and try them out at our taproom and special events to get feedback.
