   - Hi Max...thanks for reaching out. Mealthy and MVP are separate entities and exist separately. MVP just owns the shares of Mealthy. Nothing has changed with the original Reg CF investors, their investment is helping build Mealthy into a bigger company. This round doesnt affect those original investors at all, but what it does do is get Mealthy one step closer to the point where those original investors can see a return on their investment.
2. **Can you provide perks to people with excellent reading comprehension?**
   - Hi John...LOL yes a lot of people dont read all that well or pay very close attention to what they are reading.
3. **This is a question I've never asked before but I think I should ask more often, unless by virtue of being Reg CF that answers my question. So my question is, do you know that this offering qualifies for the IRS 1202 exemption?**

   - The MVP shares do not help Mealthy grow and without Mealthy the MVP shares will be worth nothing. Investing Mealthy directly will help Mealthy launch new products and grow the business that will in turn make MVP more valuable.

- Q: Hi Casey, I'm new to investing but I plan to invest in Mealthy because I think its a great product and I like the foresight of the development team with the CrispLid glass top and fitting other brands of electric pressure cookers. I come from a field where customer service and satisfaction is always a priority and another motivation to invest is that I see you have a strong focus on building the Mealthy community. However, after reading several reviews from the Mealthy app on Google playstore, it seems that customers absolutely love the products but are frustrated with use of the app as well as a lack of support/customer service. If I'm shopping for a product and see/hear these reviews it would definitely be a deterrent for me to make a purchase. Finally my questions: 1. Is this something that's on your teams radar? 2. What is being or has been done to rectify this? I think word of mouth marketing is a valuable source of marketing because consumers value the opinions of their friends and family, especially with an up and coming product. What are your thoughts on this?
  - A: App is being updated, our developer is pretty popular so were on the schedule to get it updated. Everything that can be found on the app is also on the website.

  - A: Regarding the CrispLid...IP's Duo only fits on their Duo and nothing else. Our CrispLid fits on every one of their 6 and 8 qt units as well as Ninjas, Brevilles and other brands of 6/8qt electric pressure cookers. We developed our lid with a dual layered edge so that it fits both sizes and not just one. Also our lid has the glass so that you can watch your food cook and see when its done instead of cooking blind like you do with the IP Duo lid. Hope that helps!

- Q: When can investors expect an update? Thus far, I have not seen any comments indicating the perks have been shipped out (it is now June, well past the inventory replenishment from the Holidays). More importantly, the mealthy.com website appears to not only be down, but the domain is up for auction and there has been zero communication from MVP Brands. There have also only been 2 Facebook posts this year, with the last coming in April 2023.
