   - Mads – thanks for the note. We originally built the platform for internal use at Aegis Acquisitions, so monetization wasn’t part of the initial plan. But it performed so well—and generated such strong interest based on its market value—that we opened it up for small business owners and their advisors to use for free. This allowed us to better understand the needs and preferences of third-party users, and the current version reflects those insights. The funds from our Wefunder campaign will pr...

## Q&A
- Q: Thank you for answering my other question so fast. I do believe in your concept but is currently unsure if I feel it is the right valuation at the current phase. Is it possible for you to break down the revenue forecast that ends with 50 M in 2028? Maybe you can also add a line on the exit strategy?
  - A: Mads — apologies for the delayed response. Yes, I believe the concept is not only solid but has the potential to positively impact a lot of lives. The valuation is based on three core factors: Where our narrative aligns with real market validation Our “secret sauce,” refined through years of iteration Unsolicited third-party interest in our IP As for the forecast, the numbers are grounded in validated pricing, affiliate interest, and a clear market need. That said, we both know forecasts are always off—we’ll either outperform or fall short. Still, we believe our 2028 target is achievable. Lastly, while we’ve received inbound interest in the past, our focus in 2025 remains on locking in product-market fit and launching the next version before entertaining any exit discussions. Thx again, Mads.
- Q: Thank you for a very interesting concept. I read that You have already facilitated hundreds of sales in your MVP period. Your financials state no income in 2024. So it all happened in 2025? What is the expected profit per business sold?
  - A: Mads – thanks for the note. The funds from our Wefunder campaign will primarily be used to launch our marketing efforts and begin monetizing the platform. We'll start with a monthly subscription model—$79/month for single-deal users and $199/month for users managing up to ten deals simultaneously. These entry-level prices are intentionally low as we continue to learn, iterate, and work toward product-market fit. Looking ahead, we plan to implement a success-based fee for sellers once their deal closes, as well as a fee structure for professional buyers such as PEGs. Hope this provides helpful context—and thanks again for reaching out.
