## FAQ
1. **The response to "... describe what I get with my investment?" seems to conflict with the investment terms stated above, can you clarify?**
   - Hi again Erik, we're finally live with the correct revenue sharing updated. Please take a look!
2. **Hi, great presentation and nice track record of success. The video provides a nice overview and gives a good sense of who you are. I invested and may do more. Questions: 1. While those 5 features have been released, how many features has the production company started that did...**
   - Thanks Alan - I appreciate that (Mr. Taylor here!). Between the 2 film companies, there aren't any unreleased features - and there's actually now a 6th (Ayla - sold on Amazon) added to the list after this campaign page was created. Everything shot over a year ago has seen a release. My role has been in various key crew positions so far which is why I have help from the people who do it best in the delivery and distribution realm. To answer your 3rd question - right now we're in the middle of ...
3. **Thanks Chris, I'm happy I invested.**
   - Anytime sir, thanks for coming aboard!
4. **I'm very excited about this project and I'm convinced that it will be oversubscribed in no time. In the investments I've made in similar projects I've found that the more frequent the updates the more I feel a part of it and the more fun it is. I assume during things like post...**
   - Hiya Andrew. Yes, because it's crowfunded, we've already subscribed to the idea of updating frequently throughout production to the tune of at least once every 2 weeks or so. Right now I'm compiling a list of investors who want to be email notified so anyone reading this, please email MARTINGALEMOVIE@GMAIL.COM so we can include you. FYI: We also have a perk at even the smallest, $100 level to give exclusive access to BTS (behind the scenes) footage during the shoot to all investors. We may al...

   - Yes, certainly! I've had a couple requests so I'm going to post that in the updates with the hour. Thanks for your investment and joining the project, Viral.

## Q&A
- Q: I am also an investor in Legion M the first fan owned entertainment company. We helped promote Colossal in 2017, producer and Bad Samaritan in 2018 we have Mandy upcoming this year. Because of our growing success producer/director Dean Devlin is now on our board. Paul Scanlan and Jeff Annison are co-founders it might be good to join forces with Legion M. Much success to us all.
  - A: Hi Eton. I think what Legion M is doing is great. It's a long time coming. They do however operate much like a studio, even if for lower budget movies, and for now at least, we'd like to focus on telling our own stories without some of the oversight that they would have. But it's certainly something worth considering for other projects in the future - I appreciate the suggestion! Just as an aside: Detective Banyon from "Bad Samaritan" (Tony Doupé) is the director on this project.
- Q: Hi Mr. Taylor, I'm assuming now that the goal has been reached, even though it says you're still accepting investments, that they'll be turned away? I hope you'll consider WeFunder for additional movies if that is the case; I didn't get a chance to participate in this round but I will gladly invest in future rounds. Congrats on reaching your goal so quickly!
  - A: Hi Sebastian, there's a chance we may accept additional, small investments beyond $100k later that eat into the productions equity so that we don't dilute our current investors' share or payment schedule. I'll add you to our list if you'd like and circle back. But for now, since not all the $100k is in escrow yet, feel free to still make an investment. Worst case, if you're investment is too late in the queue, you'll get it refunded and we can discuss later stage investments.
- Q: Congrats on hitting your max fundraise goal in what feels like record time! Looking forward to investing in your future films!
  - A: Thanks Barnaby. We'll be keeping in touch!
- Q: Hello. I am in and so excited to be part of the team. It looks like you'll have all funded locked in about a day or two. This campaign is one of the quickest campaigns I've seen to hit maximum goal, which is truly a testament to the belief in the product that you are putting forward. It should give you confidence to know that you'll have over 100 investors ready to promote this film once it is complete. I may have missed this in the documents and, if so I apologize, but can you give an idea of the frequency you anticipate paying investors any returns? I know that your projection is mid-2020, but would you project investor returns to be quarterly or annually or some other frequency?
  - A: Hi how are you Thomas? Thanks so much for comin' on board! To answer your question - revenue is paid quarterly.
- Q: Well, that escalated quickly. Looks like there isn't much time left before this hits max funding. Will there be a faster start because this is funding so quickly or are there other projects that have to be finished first?
  - A: Hi how are you Andrew? An earlier shoot schedule is possible but I don't think any of us expected to get funded this quickly so it's a matter of figuring that out with everyone's schedules. Right now everyone on the team is prepared for September - if it gets moved up, August would be the earliest. One thing I do know: our first production meeting will be moved up to next month, at which point we'll figure out our shoot time. Then we'll report back and give y'all the schedule update!
- Q: Love your business model and have happily invested! Sorry if I missed it but would you be able to share tentative/intended timelines around production/post/distribution, of course with the assumption (and wishes) that the campaign is a roaring success and funds are disbursed by the end of June. Good luck to us!
  - A: Yes, certainly! I've had a couple requests so I'm going to post that in the updates with the hour. Thanks for your investment and joining the project, Viral.
- Q: no updates, no information, lesson learned
- Q: ANY UPDATES?
- Q: Hey hey! Any new updates?
- Q: any updates on Martingale?
  - A: Hi Ricardo. Thanks for checking in. I actually just finished a teaser trailer for Martingale which I'm going to include in a newsletter today. I assume you've received those over the last year+?
- Q: How do I get K1 form for 2018
- Q: Any updates? I haven't seen anything in a while.
  - A: Hi Mary. Have you been receiving the email newsletters?
- Q: Hello, With the New Year upon us very soon may I ask if there are any Martingale updates? If I remember correctly and didn’t miss anything, you were filming this past Fall. It is common for there to be delays in these projects but would love to see an updated roadmap. Thank you.
  - A: Hi Jason. Are you you receiving our newsletters? The most recent I sent out was Dec 11th. If not, please send me your correct address to martingalemovie@gmail.com. The address I have for you starts with "jetson".
- Q: Hello. I received an email a few weeks ago stating that I may be one of many people whose investment was made after the target money goal had been met, and that my investment could not be accepted. I have not received a refund of my investment and when I log into my wefunder dashboard Martingale appears as one of my investments. Am I in fact an investor, or will I be receiving a refund of my investment? Thank you, Alec
- Q: Hello ! I would like to know if you will still be making movies with budgets between 8k and 50k ? Thank you.
