## FAQ
1. **Referring to "Why You May Want to invest #1," can you spell this out more directly? Let's say $10,000 as a round number.**
 - Hi Sara, Thanks for reaching out. It’s difficult to explain the exact definition of “preferred return” on the #1 in WeFunder in just one sentence, but I gave it my best shot. Below is a more solid explanation to this type of financial vehicle for investors, coming directly from our operating agreement approved by the SEC: Preferred Return on Investment. The holders of the Preferred Interests, as a group, will be granted a preferred return, based on each such Member’s pro-rata Economic Interes...
2. **How soon will a potential investor start to see their return as well?**
 - Thanks for reaching out Collin. Our goal is to start within twelve months after opening.
3. **Hello, What happens if the target amount is under or over the minimum? Also for the investors, is the equity a sure thing?**
 - Hi Alex, If we under subscribe, there will be less to pay back to the investors as a whole- which is a better scenario. The same is true if we need to oversubscribe, it’s a larger amount the company will pay out, likely resulting in taking more time. Yes, this is an investment and you are purchasing ownership in the company. Please feel free to call me directly if you want to go over this a little more thoroughly. Cheers, Ivan Hopkinson M: 415-307-3441
4. **Hi Ivan, if the buildout will cost between $500k-900k as stated, and this wefunder campaign raises less than that, where will you raise the remaining amount? What's the maximum raise for this campaign (I don't see the Form C linked anywhere after the layout update last week)? ...**
 - Hi Manny, The remaining $500k is available through WeFunder, but the max raise will be $900k or less. The 90% preferred return of profits to investors remains consistent until investors are paid back 1.5 times their original investment. After that investors receive 30% of the profits for the life of the company. Feel free to call me if you would like to talk this through a little further 415-307-3441. Thank you very much for your interest and consideration.
5. **Hi Ivan, SF is a unique older city. As I've lived here for 2 years, it seems like there are random fires (NorthBeach area) and gas explosions (Geary Blvd area) that can destroy beautiful businesses. What would happen to our investments if something unexpected like this occurs ...**
 - Hi Rose, Unfortunately, these types of terrible events can happen to any business which is why we use a reputable insurance brokerage company to make sure that our business and it’s investors are all properly covered. An event like this would certainly cause a delay, but we rebuild and move forward.

## Q&A
- Q: Has anyone involved in this project have any kind of update or explanation? The business is open and operating, so why no word on returns?
 - A: Hi charlie you can call or email me directly at barrelheadsf.com, 415-307-3441. Financial report is coming out very soon, plus another quick update that is less formal. Look forward to talking with you. ~ Ivan Hopkinson
- Q: Any update on revenues? Is the business still operating? No profits yet? Thanks
- Q: Hello, It has been 6 years since i invested $1,000. If the pub is clearly operating this long, which i see it is...i am just wondering what is the status of cash flow and profitability and some distributions? Please advise. Thank you!
- Q: What is the current status of the company? It's been open now for well over a year. Why no words for investors?
- Q: Are we getting any payments or perks this year, or is this another year of waiting?
- Q: Any updates on when we might start seeing payments and perk shipments?
- Q: For the people who are bad at math: 30,000 = 1% of profits (at 30% mark) 1,000 = 1 / 30 * 1% of profits If profits are X, then your share for every $1,000 invested is X * 1/30 * 1% = 0.000333 So if I put in $1,000 and the profits are $100,000, my share is $100K * 1/30 * 1% = $33.33
- Q: What was the profit (as defined in similar terms for the preferred return) generated on the $3M+ sales for Barrel head in 2018?
- Q: still waiting on an update- very little communication from the Lost Marbles team.
- Q: Any news on any sort of investor payouts yet or a timeline?
- Q: Is having my name or favorite word painted on one of the big serving tanks still available for the $15K investment level? Trying to understand if there have been ten investors at this level yet. Thanks! -Charles
 - A: Hi Charles,Thank you for reaching out! There are still two tanks left at that level :) Just a friendly reminder that our WeFunder campaign closes in a few days on September 15th @ 9:00 pm. Thanks again for taking the time to contact us.
