## FAQ
1. **Where can we find more details about the stock?**
   - Hi Erualdo! Thanks for your question! The terms of the offering will be available once the official filing is submitted to the SEC. We will notify you once it's ready to review. Right now, you're holding your place in case we sell out of shares.
2. **What do we get as investors? What’s the benefits?**
   - Hi Daphnne! Great question. As an investor you are buying shares of Lil’ Libros. This means you share ownership in the company. Owners will benefit from profit share and if there were ever a liquidity event, you would be paid out as an owner of the company. As we grow, so will the valuation of your shares!
3. **Is it only a one time payment?**
   - Hi Susan. You can invest once and ff you choose to invest more while we still have available spots, you can choose to invest again. If you are asking if your account will be charged multiple times, no it won't. You decide how much you invest at the time of your investment.
4. **Ariana, when you mention filing with the SEC does that mean the company will be publicly traded? Also, what kind of stock will be held when someone invests?**
   - Hi Francisco! Great question. No, the company will not be publicly traded. Regulation Crowdfunding enables eligible companies to offer and sell securities through crowdfunding as long as the transactions take place online through a SEC-registered intermediary like WeFunder. We are required to disclose this information in filings with the SEC.
5. **At what amount will the reserved shares be sold out?**
   - Hi Isabel. Our initial goal was $250K, but we are allowing additional reservations. We don't have a cap at this time, but that can change in the future.

## Q&A
- Q: Hi Ariana, In an earlier answer to Elizabeth you mentioned you'd "prioritize investors who invested money vs reserving shares." Can you please clarify? Do you mean that you'll prioritize investors who add funds to their Wefunder account now instead of waiting for the filing?
  - A: Hi Sabrina! That is correct. We will prioritize investors who add cash on their WeFunder account. They will be able to see the terms first before those who made a reservation. This does not mean you're buying shares without seeing the terms. Once you confirm you investment, the money will be deducted from the account.
- Q: Hi there! I am completely new to this investing thing. EEK. But I knew I wanted to start my process with you because I believe fiercely in Lil Libros. I have reserved an amount and am wondering what happens next? Is there a way to find out or get guidance on whether or not we are doing this correctly? :) Thank you for your guidance!
  - A: Hi Stephanie! That's wonderful to hear! Thank you for trusting us! Once our financials get audited and all of our documents are finalized, we will file the offering statement with the SEC (Form C). Once that happens, you'll receive an email notification asking you to confirm your reservation. You'll be able to see our subscription agreement, financials, etc. then before deciding :)
- Q: Hi there, the page mentions investor perks based on different monetary amounts, but doesn’t specify what the perks are. Can you share those details? Also, if we reserved to invest a certain amount, can we increase that later or should we adjust that now (sounds like there might be a limit once paperwork is filed)?
  - A: Hi Alejandra! If you click on the bolded Investor Perks under Investment Terms, you'll be able to see the the different perks broken down by amount. You can certainly increase that later as long as the shares are available. It's a good idea to reserve your shares now just in case we are over subscribed. You'll be able to confirm the amount and update the quantity once we post the terms. Thank you for investing in Lil' Libros!
- Q: Ariana, when you mention filing with the SEC does that mean the company will be publicly traded? Also, what kind of stock will be held when someone invests?
  - A: Hi Francisco! Great question. No, the company will not be publicly traded. Regulation Crowdfunding enables eligible companies to offer and sell securities through crowdfunding as long as the transactions take place online through a SEC-registered intermediary like WeFunder. We are required to disclose this information in filings with the SEC.
- Q: I’m following up on previous questions, last one on here was in March of 2023. It’s been over 2 years since we invested at the $1,000 tier and we have heard nothing about “exclusive owner events”. What is the status of that element you noted as perks in the investor options? Or are the "exclusive owner events" the same as the "early access sale events" you referenced in your answer to me in March 2023?
- Q: Any updates? *Edit (sorry I'm not able to reply to your response) -Any news on exit strategies, q4 financials, more info on scaling/expanding? Another fund raising round? etc. Thanks!
  - A: HI Josh, Can you let us know what you would like an update on and be more than happy to provide. Thank you!
- Q: When are you closing?
  - A: In two weeks!
- Q: Hello - I haven’t received an email confirming my pledge or with details to complete the wire transfer. I know it mentioned that we could do that now to get in early before the legal work was done. Who can I contact?
  - A: Hi Jasmine! Kati from the Wefunder team confirming that you successfully made your reservation. You can check on the status of your investment at wefunder.com/portfolio, and reach out to support@wefunder.com if you have any additional questions. Once the legal work is done you'll receive an email from us asking you to confirm your investment.
  - A: Hi Jasmine! Per Wefunder, email confirmations for reservations are typically not something their system is doing at this time. This could change in the future. You can confirm your reservation by reviewing your portfolio in your account (upper right). Email notifications are sent when filings are complete. That's when you'll have a chance to review the terms and confirm your investment. Hope this helps.
- Q: Good Morning! I wanted to know where investors stand. Quarterly updates etc. I didn't invest much but I would like to know how my monies are making a difference. And please don't respond with we should get emailed updates because the only updates I receive are sales and info on new books coming. I would like to see sales reporting, projections of some sort of when we investors could see some returns. Thanks!
- Q: Hello, is there a plan for an IPO soon?
- Q: Will there be tax forms for 2024? Will there be any in person "exclusive owner events" for $1000 + investors this year?
- Q: Hi, I need a better understanding on how this works. I invested $100, $10 per shares, I believe. How does it work if I would like to cancel this investment?
  - A: Hi Iranda! Thank you for reaching out and for your support in Lil' Libros! Equity crowdfunding investments are final once the campaign closes. Unlike typical purchases, these investments grant you ownership in the company, and your shares represent that ownership. After the campaign closes, it’s not possible to cancel or get a refund on the investment, as per the terms set by WeFunder and equity crowdfunding regulations. However, if you have specific concerns or need further clarity, please email us at hola@littlelibros.com Thank you again!
- Q: Greeting ladies, I do not see any updates in my portfolio. I invested back in 2022. How does this work? I am completely lost.
- Q: I already added money to my Wefunder account. After the proper form is submitted to filing would I still be able to add more funds to my account? or not?
  - A: Hi Claudia, thank you for your investment. You'll be able to invest more as long as the shares are available.
- Q: Super excited and ready for our communities future!!! But like many others I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail for my investment. How do we make sure our investment was received?
  - A: Hi Philly, it is possible the notification went to your spam folder. We received your investment reservation. Thank you so much for investing in Lil' Libros.
  - A: Hi Philly, please disregard my previous reply. After speaking with Wefunder this morning, they mentioned that email confirmations for reservations are typically not something their system is doing at this time. This could change in the future. You can confirm your reservation by reviewing your portfolio in your account (upper right). Email notifications are sent when filings are complete. That's when you'll have a chance to review the terms and confirm your investment.
