"Learnie for Everyone" is free in the app stores and "Learnie Enterprise" is subscription-based private communities for business and orgs of any size. We're building a blockchain based marketplace, allowing content creators to get paid in their currency of choice. Share your knowledge, earn your share!

1. **Does Learnie Own Any Patents?**
   - Not yet but we see that coming in the near future.
2. **What are the first learning modules you would launch? Do you have a few use cases that you think would get the most traction to start out with?**
   - Hi Issac - would love to here your thoughts about this. We are exploring DEI, Sexual Harassment and OSHA as potential candidates - but of course with our Learnie Pay$ solution any expert can set up a curriculum about any subject.
3. **For manufacturing workers (these would be deskless) there's various safety training and forklift operation that new employees would go through. As an engineer, I've had to do hazardous waste handling and web handling training. Also, a lot of tech companies have to train new em...**

   - Hi Rachelle - this is Pete Mastin the CEO of Learnie. I can assure you that I have been working fulltime on Learnie (and will continue to do so).    - Hi Rachelle - Not much I can do about being a white male. :) We have 3 females on the team and a LatinX. I am constantly looking for founders and new team members that are diverse. We have a Board of Advisors member that is completing her PH'd and will be joining in full in 2023. She also happens to be a POC.... but frankly we try to be color blind as we are a startup and finding people that get the dream is the most important factor. We ARE a certified B-Corp and as you probably know diversi...

## Q&A
- Q: For manufacturing workers (these would be deskless) there's various safety training and forklift operation that new employees would go through. As an engineer, I've had to do hazardous waste handling and web handling training. Also, a lot of tech companies have to train new employees on their software. These are just other markets to consider as you grow, I think the ones you have listed are good because they are generally applicable. Can you get training certified so it meets government regulation requirements? What tools do you have to help experts build content? Happy to discuss more if you want.

I see that the Head of Community doesn't even show Learnie on her LinkedIn profile. I also don't see any evidence of a board on your website. Could you address how you plan to actually be inclusive with future hiring and board appointments? (I'm all for education reform because it's sorely needed, but having a company that also represents the people it plans to serve is important too.)
