## FAQ
1. **I have several properties in India. In chandigurh (PB) New delhi, Bombay etc; I was thinking of selling them.Inwhat way can you help?**
   - Hi Gurcharan, feel free to reach out at sanjay@landeed.com and we're happy to see what we can do
2. **When do you expect your company to be profitable? Will you need to raise more money after this? How many people in your company. Who is your competition? How long have you been in business. What is next for the company. Do you see the company expanding into other things?**
   - Hi Benjamin, profitability depends on product market fit. Currently our focus is on user delight and experience. I cannot reasonably nor accurately provide a timeline at this point on when we can expect profitability at company level. We have raised more money and at a higher valuations since listing and closing on this platform. We have also expanded into other business lines. Obviously much easier to answer this question now than when it was asked.
3. **Can you give me more background on the founding team and GoLorry story? What is the current status of GoLorry? How do you currently (and future plans) balance your time between the two startups? Have you exited majority ownership / control from GoLorry? From a financial point ...**
   - Hi Nicolas, GoLorry was our previous YC-backed startup and by the same founders. GoLorry is still currently operational. I don't believe in balance and do not balance. I think there is enough time in the day to dedicate time to both as per their growth. Long story short, I take pride in strong work ethic and put in the hours necessary.
4. **Hi, can you describe your monetization strategy including revenue streams? How big is the total revenue opportunity? Is your market growing? Thank you.**
   - Hi Manuel, we have not built a financial projection to answer this question accurately. I can state that from when this question was asked, we have grown in multiples. While future monetization strategy is something our institutional investors are aware of, we currently charge for documentation searches on the app.
5. **Any previous rounds? or notable investors? What are growth projections like?**
   - Notable investors are listed on the page itself Manoj

## Q&A
- Q: Can you give me more background on the founding team and GoLorry story? What is the current status of GoLorry? How do you currently (and future plans) balance your time between the two startups? Have you exited majority ownership / control from GoLorry? From a financial point of view - how long have you been in business and what are the current MRR metrics - and is this really recurring revenue? Are customers disputing multiple of their properties or looking up records more broadly? Any sense of what churn could be?
  - A: Hi Nicolas, GoLorry was our previous YC-backed startup and by the same founders. GoLorry is still currently operational. I don't believe in balance and do not balance. I think there is enough time in the day to dedicate time to both as per their growth. Long story short, I take pride in strong work ethic and put in the hours necessary.
- Q: I’m out. It’s been a few days. And no one at the company has taken the time to answer any of the questions here. I guess we are not important to you. So goodbye and good luck to you.
- Q: When do you expect your company to be profitable? Will you need to raise more money after this? How many people in your company. Who is your competition? How long have you been in business. What is next for the company. Do you see the company expanding into other things?

- Q: None of the questions investors asked have been answered by the company? Wow…. If the investors-the bloodline keeping the company going-are ignored so blatantly, I’d hate to think of what is in store for investors AND customers in the future once the company grows and doesn’t need them…good luck everyone. ✌️!
  - A: Hi Martin, the fact of the matter is that some investors add more value than others. All founders answer questions and if we don't, the capital will not be available to us. We have to answer questions from investors, from employees, from parents, from government and everyone here. If I missed out on this one, I'll learn and get better. I appreciate the patience.
- Q: Really surprising that they have not answered any of the under given questions. I was thinking of investing but now holding myself back.
  - A: Hi Harish, our primary focus is on building the company. This is the reason we are so public about what we do. Hopefully, our work so far has provided some answers to the question. You're within your rights to ask us questions when we raise publicly but also within your right to not invest if those questions are not answered. However, it is unfair to assume that Founders are able to raise without any questions being answered and answered on timely basis. For most founders, it is all about prioritization and not personal
- Q: What are the terms of the SAFE? What future equity round, type, rights of security will the SAFE convert into?
  - A: SAFE's usually convert at priced rounds which are typically done at Series A. This is a more general question and more information can be found here: https://www.ycombinator.com/documents

- Q: What is the price of each share of Landeed??
  - A: Hi George, this is a loaded question. I will state however that the most recent investment into the company has been at a far higher valuation than was listed on WeFunder at the time of this question.
- Q: It has been over a year now, and shareholders haven't received any correspondence of updates of Landeed at all. This is not a loaded nor a broad question.
- Q: Why do they NOT answer questions asked by would-be investors? If they will not answer, or choose NOT to, what is the chance that they will after they have got investor's money? Zero, I hate to say.
  - A: Hi Barbonis, I spend material amount of time answering questions. As you can imagine, the number of questions is many and we try to optimize our time to the best possible extent in answering where relevant. I'll take this as an opportunity to improve and learn.
- Q: You are saying you are growing 93% a week and you have 0 assets in your finicial report. Could you explain exactly where this 93% is coming from?
  - A: Hi Ethan, the accounting standards of measuring growth and actual startup growth are two different things. And as I am sure you already know, revenue gets represented on P/L or income statement and does not strictly accrue to assets unless represented by growth in cash and liquid instruments. When we say 93% weekly growth, we are referring to revenue growth.
