## FAQ
1. **Hi. When are you going to market? What are your revenue goals (not projections) for the 1st 5 years?**
 - Hi Leonardo - Thank you for your insightful questions! We are already brokering flights with 3 trusted operators in the Pacific North West USA but have the ambition to operate our own networks so that as we grow we can ensure the safety and compliance control aspects critical to commercial flight operations as we scale the business. Established networks are also critical to enable the software to scale. This really leads onto your next question since the revenue goals are align...
2. **Why did you choose to raise through a common stock instead of a SAFE or preferred stock? What are the situations I can get returns?**
 - Maxine, thank you for these questions. With respect to your first question, we are actually selling preferred stock in this round, not common stock. We selected preferred stock because it has the advantage (over a SAFE or convertible note) of providing investors and the company with certainty as to the valuation at which they are investing. It also provides investors with certain advantages over common stock. The general terms for our raise can be found by clicking on the “see more terms &amp...
3. **Do you do background checks on passengers? What is your exit strategy/how and when should I expect a return on my investment? How do you differ from your competition?**
 - Thank you Tal for your questions! In terms of background checks, we currently operate only as an air charter broker – meaning we connect our customers with several trusted aircraft operators, who perform all required screenings. We are in the process of obtaining our air carrier certificate to allow us to operate our own aircraft, at which time we will perform all necessary passenger screenings. These are non-intrusive and include things like ensuring the passenger does not bring prohibited i...
4. **Thanks but can you translate that into numbers? That would help me decide whether to invest or not. I understand revenue goals are not guaranteed. Also, why such a high minimum? I believe you'll get much more traction with a lower amount, maybe 200 or 300...**
 - Hi again Leonardo,Thank you for more thoughtful questions. Appreciate that you understand that projections are just that-- projections. However, we've outlined these goals based on (data, data, data) so we are confident in our approach. The numbers look like this:KinectAir Anywhere in 000sYear 1 - $782Year 2 - $1,564Year 3 - $1,955Year 4 - $3,910Year 5 - $7,820KinectAir Together (rounded down to nearest million and based on one fully established network of 13 aircraft)Year 1 - $91mYear 2 - $13...
5. **Why hasn't your business made any money yet?**
 - Great question, thanks for asking. We have sold flights and have some revenue coming in. When we say pre-revenue in a startup, it often refers to a term used to arrive at a pre-money valuation. We will post our flight data in response to your question soon.

## Q&A
- Q: Couple questions. There are two companies I’m aware of already doing what you are planning to do, Flewber and TapJets. They do online quotes and book the aircraft. Both are operating now. Second question, what did you spend the money on? Raised $2.4m but only have $343k in the bank. That is a serious cash burn for not yet operating.
 - A: Hi Bruce, thanks for the questions! The crucial difference with KinectAir is that we are both tech platform and aircraft operator; we manage the end-to-end experience; booking, passenger experience, pilot training and employment, aircraft ownership/management, maintenance, aviation-operations and certification. It is that combination of software and operations which enables our AI to deliver more accessible and affordable services, and our operations to fully own and deliver a brilliant customer experience. When other people talk about being "Uber in the skies" what is actually under the bonnet is an aggregation of flights available through other operators. The experience is delivered through 3rd parties rather than the people you book with, with the tech just enabling them to locate existing small part 135 operators where they make a cut on the flight by providing demand for them. (So their tech is more akin to a dating app, or an existing flight search engine than it is to on-demand air-travel.) Search for a flight on KinectAir.com and you'll see that our prices are around 50% more affordable than the operators you mention above. We also insist on flying turboprops which compared to jets are more efficient, can land at many more airfields, and which mimic the use-cases (in distance & passenger load) of the aircraft which are going to become sustainable first - which will increase affordability even further. In terms of burn, the simple truth is that it takes significant funding to address complex aviation challenges like this properly and safely. It is impossible to prepare flight operations and software, to develop certification and operating procedures, to bring aircraft onto a network and to develop the necessary expertise without it. The money raised to date has kept us funded over 3 years and built an incredible team, ready to fly; future investment will enable us to more rapidly scale the opportunity we have laid the groundwork for.
- Q: Your PC12's are these owned by you or are they leased? if so on what basis is the lease? How do you plan to scale for growth across the nation?
 - A: Hi Darren, we have secured 5 aircraft in the Las Vegas area that we will be announcing shortly. This is timed to come online with FAA Part 135 approval. We are also launching an ownership scheme in the fall where owners who we call our 'Pioneers' will be able to earn revenue on their machine by giving us access to their aircraft when they are not planning to fly it. Yes, nationwide growth is planned. - Q: Hi. Iv read all of the news articles and appreciate all of the detail found here in wefunder. However I’m still not clear what the differentiator is between this and say wheels up or hopscotch. I think it’s that this model is based on fractional ownership and leaseback to kinectair + better app tech + market timing. Is that what you are basing your bets on or am I missing something. If I am missing something can you spell it out in laymen’s terms? Everything Iv read seems to have some sort of dance/marketing speak softness around this question.
 - A: Hi there Ryan, thanks for reaching out. I am glad the articles were helpful. We challenge anyone to try booking a range of private flights using a range of operators, then see how we will compare here: https://app-preview.kinectair.com/ We genuinely believe that software, access and affordability is the key to scale. Getting that right will change many people's view that they can actually access private flying and all its many benefits. It isn't easy otherwise someone would have done it. The playing field is level and we have a strong understanding of what we want to do. We hope that you'll join us.
- Q: Could you explain more about what role the AI has in your plans? Is the AI just related to KinectAir only flights or also flights brokered through you software? Also is the software including the app developed in house or third party?
 - A: KinectAir will use AI to optimize routing of KinectAir managed aircraft so that empty flights are minimized and that maintenance / crew and safety requirements are accounted for as efficiently as possible. We will also use AI to price flights on the KinectAir network in a way that encourages travelers to move in economically and environmentally friendly ways by advertising, discounting and alerting travelers to special flights. This will result in a significantly more productive operation by helping us cover parts of empty legs and allow us to better saturate the flight schedule. The backbone of KinectAir's software platform, including API, traveler apps, and AI modules, will be developed in house. Where appropriate, KinectAir will integrate with other software vendors for book keeping, payment processing, and other standard business services allowing us to focus on work that makes us unique.
- Q: Are the prices represented on your app what you plan to charge? Trying to compare your service to alternatives. They seem very high…
 - A: Hi Bruce... thanks for the question... which surprises me! Who are you comparing the service with and on what routes and aircraft?
- Q: Hi Nick, I have the software you need already built. I also live in Las Vegas and I have investor networks that can finish out the funding you need. Text my cell 702-219-9719 and let me show you a demo of what I have built. Then we can talk about the investment.
 - A: Thanks Wesley, we have been working through the opportunity - including the operational certification with the FAA - for 3 years so it will be interesting to see what you have developed; one of the team will be in touch next week.
- Q: Hello Nick, I see you have answered most questions quite brilliantly and still yet to hit your funding goal. However I would love to discuss further, first having a more detailed look at your financials including projections especially for the industry you're in and also about alternative funding opportunities available at our company if we are satisfied. You can drop me an email at richard@700capital.com, then we can start looking at financing your whole target. Thanks.
 - A: Hello Richard, email sent for you. For clarity, we smashed our first funding goal in 2020 on Wefunder, and have raised over $2.4 million to date. This current raise is a brand new round ahead of starting commercial operations in the Spring and we've raised $65k+ in the first day or so. Many thanks for reaching out! Nick
- Q: How similar are ya'll to Jet Token?
 - A: Hi Judah, well, we're similar in that we both fly planes and have an app, but then so do United 😉 The main difference is that we are driven to make ourselves as accessible as possible to as many people as possible. When we say "Open The Skies" it's because we think that there should be as few barriers as possible to experiencing personal air travel; lots of the membership programs that exist for jets are highly exclusive. KinectAir is open to all; anyone will be able to find a flight on our website and book it. There's no need to pay to be part of an expensive membership program. This attitude extends to the aircraft we fly. We will be launching with the brilliant Pilatus PC12 (https://kinectair.com/pilatus) and Cirruss SR22T (https://kinectair.com/cirrus/) neither of which are "jets" which makes them more affordable, and opens access to a larger number of airstrips to depart and land from. Overtime, and as regulation allows, we will be bringing on more sustainable aircraft which will further increase affordability.
- Q: Will you have a part 91 GA owner / operator partner relationships or will all flights be conducted under part 135?
 - A: Hi Kyle - All flights will be operated under Part 135 only. The aircraft in the network will be managed, operated, crewed and maintained by KinectAir once FAA approval is given. Many thanks for your question.
- Q: what kind of stock youre sseling prefered? tibor
 - A: Hi Tibor - The investor details are found under the 'Buy Stock' tab on the header page where you can find all the information. Many thanks, Nick
- Q: how will you start operations as in flight in 2021 if you hav raised only $177000 . and if this is the correct amount raised (why halt investors from investing in your'e company?l
 - A: Hi again Tibor, the wefunder initiative was designed to give ordinary people the chance to invest in KinectAir at the very start of its journey and generate a broad base of support. So far we are delighted with all the support we have been getting from an extremely diverse and global investor set. We hope you'll join them and rest assured we have both a solid investment strategy and a team that has raised institutional money before!
- Q: Mr Rogers i am willing to invest but i need to know, What type of proof i will get of the stocks i purchase ? Tibor Feher
 - A: Hopefully answered above for you Tibor!
- Q: Is this investment real stock on the company?
 - A: Hi Ryan - Thanks for your question. All the stock information can be found under "Buy Stock". I hope this helps and we thank you in advance if you are considering investment.
- Q: In theory, this is a great idea, especially for those who may not be independently wealthy to afford netjets, their own private jet, etc, but have enough disposable income they can splurge on a private flight like this once or twice a year for vacation. I’d be a customer. The PC12 is the perfect aircraft. The problem is several other companies have tried this model and all have failed, so as an investment, it’s difficult. What makes you different?
 - A: Hi Mark, thanks for the great question. The timing is very good in many respects, as software and aviation advances we can see the chance to rise with the tide of these technologies and saturate flights. We can also scale up and down with the demand with the model we are proposing. We do pose a different question to the ones that went before too, in committing to operate the aircraft (but not own them) and choosing sophisticated propeller-driven aircraft not jets. If you look at the press we achieved for AIN Online (in the press section) it sets this distinction clearly as we enter the market. As you said there is a gap and people have budgets to fly for special events or to avoid crowds at this time. Take a look at the Discovery App we've developed, it shows what sort of access and affordability we are looking at creating. It speaks for itself, particularly for individual seat costs. https://app-preview.kinectair.com/ Beyond access and affordability, we have a great global team of experts that has shipped successful AI, drone software and other data products into various markets. Between us there are several 'exits' too so we're versed in success and making huge progress behind the scenes. We would love to have you on board. Please do reach out if you want to discuss it further in person at marketing@kinectair.com. We'll be glad to arrange it, Thanks! Chris
- Q: Are you considering extending the time to invest past the 22nd?
 - A: Hi there Bryan. We don't plan to extend it for the time being. I hope that we can still count you as an investor. Best, Chris
