# Kicky

The distributed art gallery.

## Elevator pitch
Kicky is a dual sided marketplace. We help artists rent and sell their art to patrons. Patrons range from hospitality, technology, or anyone looking for original art. We provide a white glove delivery and installation experience leaving patrons delighted. Patrons pay an affordable subscription to have art rotated in their space every 3 to 6 months. Artists receive forever royalties in their art through our IP and use of the blockchain. Meaning they receive 5% royalty in any future sale.

## FAQ
1. **So are you enforcing the royalties on a smart contract level?**
   - Hey, Markus. Sorry for the delay! Yes we enforcing the royalties on a smart contract level along with the use of our IP. -Luke
2. **Hey! Whats stopping anyone from wrapping an NFT in another ERC-721 instance and thereby circumvent paying royalties?**
   - Doing so would violate the legal contract set up when the art was sold. It would also prevent the artwork from validating as authentic unless the physical location of the art did not move.
