XmartClock, like KarbonPay, charges per headcount per month. Direct Deposits are charged per transaction.Pricing Differentiator:Most other payroll providers (Sage, ADP and the like) charge on a per payslip basis vs. our monthly charge. There is a critical difference between us and them, however: they offer automated payroll calculations according to regulatory requirements in the US only. Where they allow you to pay people internationally, they only allow for contractors, which are not subject to the regulatory payroll requirements. So, if you need an actual employee in another country, they can't automate that payroll calculation. That's where we come in. We have no relationship with KarbonHQ. We are familiar with them, but not related in any way. 2. The partnerships conversations continue to develop well, but given the scope, these are not likely to be triggered all at once, and will more likely be initiated in phases. We are set for a beta test in Q1 of 2021 with one of the two partnerships, which is good news. 3. We have a Director of Sales with great experience in a start up SaaS business which grew until being bought out and recently completed a $50mm raise. We market both direct to end users and also to existing multinational HR and account platforms who are using in country partners to manually calculate pay runs. We are also beginning to receive notable in-bound interest. 4. ADP uses in-country partners to calculate international payroll there by requiring a multi-day lead time to complete payment calculations which does allow customers to make any last minute changes to payroll and often experiences high error rates. Furthermore, our pricing is different based on structure - single-country vs multi-country. In 99.9% of cases, we are in fact cheaper than ADP. Thanks for your questions.
