## Story
JOGO is revolutionizing the way we treat chronic pain and neuromuscular disorders - with no drugs and no surgery, just results. With a Breakthrough Device designation for chronic lower back pain, FDA market authorization, and coverage by Medicare and commercial insurance, JOGO is already improving the lives of over 25,000 patients worldwide. JOGO’s wearable technology and app work by leveraging the brain’s natural neuroplasticity, providing relief from pain, helping stroke recovery, and alleviating migraines and incontinence. A recent Harvard Medical School study shows that JOGO is better than opioids in treating chronic lower back pain – offering a groundbreaking, noninvasive solution in a rapidly growing $380B market impacting 1.5B+ people worldwide.Backed by VCs like Mayo Clinic Ventures and Hourglass Ventures, we’re creating a world where individuals can overcome pain and muscular disorders without surgery or drugs.JOGO has achieved the three most important milestones for any healthcare company: Patents, FDA market authorization, and insurance reimbursement. JOGO has earned endorsements from leading medical institutions, including the Mayo Clinic, the #1 hospital in the world, in addition to achieving 'Breakthrough Device' designation from the FDA.Living with chronic pain and neuromuscular conditions is a relentless battle that millions face with few truly effective solutions. The constant discomfort, the inability to perform daily tasks, and the mental toll of enduring pain without respite can severely impact one's quality of life, and that of those around them. For too long, the primary options available to those suffering have been either pharmaceutical interventions or invasive surgery—choices that come with their own set of challenges.Medications often offer temporary relief and carry risks of side effects, allergic reactions, and dependency, along with the accompanying hassle of prescriptions and refills. Surgery, effective in some cases, poses significant risks, requires long recovery periods, and has no success guarantee. It can also be costly, difficult to access, and is often avoided altogether due to fear of adverse outcomes. In many cases individuals opt for no treatment at all, resigning themselves to live in discomfort. At times, neither drug nor surgical solutions are even viable options for someone’s given condition. The reliance on pharmaceutical drugs and surgery has left a significant gap in healthcare—a gap with a pressing need for innovation that is noninvasive, free from side effects, and accessible. Introducing JOGO Health. Our wearable device and app harness the brain's natural neuroplasticity, offering a clinically superior, safe, and convenient solution without the side effects commonly associated with drugs and surgeries. Our proprietary, noninvasive technology is driven by AI, revolutionizing care for over 20 conditions including urinary incontinence, stroke recovery, migraines, Parkinson's disease, cancer pain, and more.JOGO can provide long-term help for health issues that traditional surgeries simply can't fix. Plus, it's safe for pregnant women and children, and for treating often undertreated conditions like migraines and pelvic floor disorders. At the heart of JOGO's healthcare revolution is the science of neuroplasticity—the brain's remarkable ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections throughout a person's life. JOGO's patented platform, protected by 18 patent claims, harnesses this capability through wearable sensors that directly target the root causes of chronic pain and neuromuscular conditions. These conditions often arise from the brain losing connections during neuromuscular events or becoming overly sensitive to pain signals. JOGO's technology utilizes EMG-biofeedback (EMG-BF) to initiate the creation of new neural pathways. This process effectively teaches the brain to reduce its sensitivity to pain and to better recruit muscles in the rehabilitation from neuromuscular conditions, even in the extreme cases of nerve damage. This method alleviates symptoms and promotes an internal environment conducive to recovery.A standard treatment cycle with JOGO lasts 5-6 weeks, with a one-time setup of 30-45 minutes, and daily sessions lasting 15-20 minutes.A transformative healing experience. Patients experience reductions in pain, improved muscle function, and enhanced overall well-being. *Stock images used to protect patient privacy. *Forward looking projections cannot be guaranteed. The JOGO leadership team is made of accomplished healthcare entrepreneurs and brings together backgrounds from prestigious institutions like Columbia University and New York University, and global corporations, including IQVIA, AT&T, Johnson & Johnson, and Astrazeneca. Co-Founder Siva Nadarajah previously led a healthcare AI startup to a lucrative acquisition by IQVIA, the world's largest clinical research company, delivering 10X+ returns to investors. On the JOGO advisory board are award-winning medical experts from Harvard Medical School, Yale University, Tufts School of Medicine, and Boston University School of Medicine. The chronic pain and neuromuscular disorder treatment market, set to exceed $600B by 2030, is ripe for disruption. Historically dominated by pharmaceutical and surgical interventions, there lies a significant, meaningful market opportunity for JOGO’s safe, noninvasive alternative.By capturing a significant share of this expansive market and redefining the standards of care in treating neuromuscular conditions and chronic pain, JOGO is paving the way for a new era in healthcare.JOGO sells directly to patients via referrals from some of the largest and leading hospitals in the country, including Mayo Clinic, Mount Sinai Hospital (New York), Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and Weill Cornell Medicine. Treatments are paid for per session, with costs typically covered by insurance.Additionally, JOGO leases its platform to healthcare systems, such as clinics and hospitals, which pay a monthly fee for a 12-month leasing period. This arrangement allows them to integrate JOGO's solution into their patient care systems, thereby enhancing their treatment capabilities.*Forward looking projections cannot be guaranteed. We’re scaling rapidly. With the capital to scale and reach 100,000 patients globally, we are poised to reach projected annual revenues of $100M+ by 2028. We’ve also started selling directly to employers to include JOGO as part of their benefits program. We have already secured a contract with a pharmaceutical company and are developing an exciting pipeline of engagements with large corporations, including Silicon Valley giants.JOGO aims to expand its B2B leasing model by leasing JOGO devices to 70K+ individual regional physician offices specializing in neurology, pain management, orthopedics, urology, gastroenterology, and physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R). *Forward looking projections cannot be guaranteed.JOGO has begun expanding our footprint internationally and is on track to treat patients across the globe. We aim to be the first line of treatment for chronic pain and neuromuscular disorders. With proven product-market fit, insurance reimbursement, and commercial traction, we're raising capital to scale our reach to hundreds of thousands of patients impacted by chronic pain and neuromuscular disorders worldwide. Our vision is to embed JOGO devices in over 1M physicians' offices, rehabilitation centers, specialty clinics, workplaces and homes around the world. With JOGO, we anticipate a transformative shift in healthcare: a future where our innovative approach becomes the first line of treatment, eliminating the need for drugs and surgery, and significantly enhancing the quality of life for patients worldwide. We believe that Healthcare is too important to be left in the hands of a few; healthcare affects everyone and demands collective participation for the needle to move in the right direction. JOGO is built on the vision of “by the world for the world”, and opening our investment round on Wefunder is a crucial step towards realizing this vision.Investing in JOGO means you'll be joining forces with venture investors including Hourglass Ventures and Mayo Clinic, the #1 hospital in the world, in championing a future where 1.5B+ people are free from chronic pain and neuromuscular limitations.Together, we're crafting a future where healing is achievable for everyone - the future of healthcare. Invest in JOGO today.

## Q&A
- Q: I'm Zac from D3VC, a venture fund focused on investment crowdfunding deals. We're intrigued by your noninvasive technology and endorsements from top institutions, though interested in a deeper understanding of certain aspects to guide our investment considerations: Usage Flexibility - Your model involves selling directly to patients as well as leasing the platform to healthcare providers. Could you clarify if patients are expected to use the technology both at home and in coordination with their healthcare providers? Is there an integrated approach in patient care between home usage and clinical settings? Financial Stability - Based on your financial disclosures, you've shown a significant burn rate with current cash reserves positioned against your operational costs. Could you provide more insight into your cash flow management? Specifically, do you believe the funds raised in this round will sufficiently cover your operational burn rate until the next anticipated funding round? Valuation Justification - The valuation of $37M seems to carry a robust revenue multiple. Could you elaborate on the key factors and projections that justify this valuation, particularly in the context of your current revenue streams and market expansion plans? Looking forward to hearing back from you, thanks!
 - A: Hi Zac, Sorry for the delay in responding. I just returned from TiE Silicon Valley where we won the prestigious TiE50 award. NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang was the guest this year. Please see my responses below. We could also set up a Zoom to discuss if needed. Usage Flexibility: Patients should meet with their provider once a week, 30-45 minutes for 6-10 weeks either in-person or virtually to receive personalized treatment plans. In between sessions, patients use the device at home for an average (recommended) of 3 days a week for 30 minutes each day. Financial Stability: Yes, funds raised via Wefunder and directly from VCs and accredited investors will help cash flow for the next 18 months. Also, our lead investor has backup funds in case we are unable to hit our $10M target ($5.5M has already been raised). Valuation Justification: The valuation was purely based on our IP, not revenue. We have conducted two randomized clinical trials (RCTs) at Harvard Medical School and several real-world studies where our technology has shown superior outcomes to the standard of care. One of our clinical trials showed JOGO is superior to opioids in treating chronic lower back pain, and another showed JOGO is capable of significantly reducing migraine severity. Also, FDA review was considered in the valuation as well. Our base platform went through full FDA review and has been given market authorization, and our chronic lower back pain product was given "breakthrough device designation" for demonstrating superior outcomes than opioids. Our patent covers all neuromuscular conditions. To give some context, Elon Musk's Neuralink, which plays in our space for only stroke and spinal cord injury, is valued at $7B right now. Neuralink has no proper clinical data and hasn't been given market authorization by the FDA, yet. It's also an invasive product. Medtech companies like ours are valued on patent, clinical data, and barrier to entry more than revenue due to the upside acquisition potential from large players. Please ping me if you'd like to discuss over a Zoom. Really appreciate your questions, Zac. Siva
- Q: Does the company wholly own ALL the IP and all patents, or are some licensed from Dr. Silverman? If so, what are the license obligations? Can the company lose access to the IP or can it be licensed to another company?
 - A: Hi Lance, thanks a lot for the question. Company owns the full IP and there are no IP owned by any individuals. All patents are assigned to the company.
- Q: Jogo Health is currently valued at $37 million, with shares priced at $1.1262 each. Could you please provide information on the total number of shares available, including those allocated to VC, crowdfunding, and management? I've noticed Jogo Health's presence in India, a large market. What are the plans to expand into first-tier, second-tier, and third-tier cities across India? Are there plans to partner with new hospitals in these cities? Additionally, what are the future expansion plans for countries such as Australia, Canada, Singapore, the UK, and the rest of Europe? Are Jogo Health's solutions patent-protected? Considering the substantial capital requirements, what is the forecasted strategy—is an IPO or exit planned? As a current small investor, I'm considering increasing my investment to $10,000 pending further due diligence. Ultimately, I envision seeing Jogo Health listed on NASDAQ and NSE in the future. I wish all the very best for both the management and investors.
 - A: Hi Deepu, we will provide the total number of shares available in a separate email. For your other questions, please see our responses below: 1) India - we are launching them in Tier 1 now, and looking to expand to tier 2 and tier 3 through a franchise model. Doing pilots to understand the challenges. 2) Our current focus is USA and India. Next phase is UAE, Brazil and China. We have plans for other countries in the pipeline. These require regulatory approvals in each country. 3) JOGO is patent protected with 18 strong claims 4) Our exit strategy is IPO or an acquisition by a large Medtech company Thanks for your continued support.
- Q: are there any public or private (after NDA if needed) outcome results?

 - A: Neal, there are a number of peer reviewed studies validating the science of EMG biofeedback. Its a well studied and accepted science. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/36716896/
- Q: Is there any date to offer treatment for peripheral neuropathy at Mayo Clinic, Eau Claire, WI?
 - A: Dear Raymond, sorry for the delays in responding. JOGO is being studied for peripheral neuropathy. It hasn't been approved yet to treat the condition. The science supports the treatment. Currently Mayo isn't offering the treatment. Will let you know soon as we get the approval.
- Q: Does this help peripheral neuropathy?
 - A: Studies show the science behind JOGO can treat peripheral neuropathy. We have treated a few patients but haven't conducted any large scale studies yet. We are planning to conduct a study soon at Harvard Medical School.
- Q: Hi Siva, I live in Tucson Arizona. Where would I go to potentially receive treatment or see if I am a candidate for lower back pain? I know there is a Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, would that be my first call? Thank you.
 - A: Dear David, We currently do not have any providers in your area. We are looking for physical therapists who could be trained in JOGO. If you know anyone in your area, please connect them with us, and we can get JOGO treatment to you. Mayo Arizona isn't offering JOGO yet; only their Florida campus has JOGO as of now. We hope to get you the help as soon as possible.
- Q: Hello hope this message finds you well. As an investor who believes strongly in your cause and the impact of your campaign, I am eager to contribute and support your efforts. Please let me know the best way to donate or how I can assist further.youcan message samedorocky@gmail.com
 - A: Hi Samedo, would love to schedule time with you. Will respond via email.
- Q: Love the idea and the team behind this. I just want to clarify a few things. If you are already able to bill Medicare for services, how does the Digital Therapeutics Act help you further? Looking at this list of questions, there are a lot of hopeful people looking for relief. Do the FDA market authorization and state licenses cover all the potential conditions that your device could treat or are more authorizations required as the number of applications increases? Do Medicare and private insurance cover off label use of your product and if not what are the path, time frame and regulatory hurdles to expand the approved uses?
 - A: Dear Jason, Thank you for your questions. Please see my responses below: 1) If you are already able to bill Medicare for services, how does the Digital Therapeutics Act help you further? Currently, JOGO is reimbursed as a service by Medicare and commercial insurance plans. We receive direct payments for providing JOGO as a service, but the product itself isn’t reimbursed like a pharmaceutical drug or medical device. The Digital Therapeutics Act will create an opportunity for the product itself to be reimbursed. At present, we are using a temporary code for billing. Our goal is to obtain our own HCPCS code. 2) Do the FDA market authorization and state licenses cover all the potential conditions that your device could treat, or are more authorizations required as the number of applications increases? Yes, we are currently authorized to treat and bill for the following conditions: Stroke / TBI recovery Migraine Chronic lower back pain Tension-type headache Urinary incontinence Fecal incontinence Chronic constipation Cancer pain Anorectal pain syndrome However, we will need additional authorizations for other conditions that are in our pipeline. 3) Do Medicare and private insurance cover off-label use of your product, and if not, what are the path, time frame, and regulatory hurdles to expand the approved uses? Occasionally, they do, but as you may know, we are not allowed to promote off-label use. We have a pipeline of conditions for which we need to conduct clinical trials and obtain authorization. Here are some conditions in the pipeline: Premature ejaculation Tremors Erectile dysfunction Sickle cell pain Muscle loss due to GLP-1 drugs Sleep disorders ADHD Best regards, Siva
- Q: Hi Siva! Glad to hear about JOGO treatment technology that revolved around neuroplasticity concept. Does JOGO had the potential to treat neuro-related condition i.e ADHD, autism as well?
 - A: Thanks a lot for the question, Faiz. We have limited data on ADHD, but the science has the potential to treat ADHD. We need to conduct large randomized clinical trials to confirm the hypothesis. As for Autism, we still don't know. With loved ones diagnosed with Autism, I am also personally searching for a solution.
- Q: Does Medicare pay for the treatment? Do you have any clinics in the Phoenix AZ area that offer the treatment? Does the treatment help with lower back sciatica pain?
 - A: Hi Grigore, Thanks for the question. Yes, Medicare pays for this. JOGO is indicated for chronic lower back pain not specifically to treat sciatica pain. Let me check with the clinicians and get back to you on this. We do have a JOGO certified partner clinic in Phoenix but they are currently licensed / trained to treat only incontinence. Please check with them if they are willing to take you in and we can support them virtually. vjuv.com
- Q: How much has been raised by friends invest first, John
 - A: Hi John, we have raised close to $5M todate
- Q: JOGO has made a lot of progress so far, and people have said a lot of great things about JOGO. Furthermore, it seems that the people in charge of JOGO have some powerful connections. Co-founder Siva Nadarajah spent 20 years working for health-care giants Pfizer, Roche, Novartis, and Merck. Co-founder Sanjai Murali worked with researchers from Rockefeller University and NYU to develop JOGO. Given all of the above, why is JOGO raising money from low-income, ordinary investors on WeFunder? Why doesn't JOGO get funding from Pfizer, Merck, or NYU? The money that JOGO has raised from WeFunder ($3 million) could have easily been given by Pfizer, Merck, and/or NYU.
 - A: Hi Henry, We have in fact raised from investors outside of Wefunder (We are also part of J&J Innovation at JLABS). I have personally invested in the company as well. You can check our SEC filings. This is an opportunity for small investors, mostly patients and caregivers who wanted to be part of the success, hence we opened it up for the public. It also helps the company when common people and patients become part of it. Most of the investors who came through wefunder are our patients, friends an family. Last I checked you haven't invested in JOGO yet and don't have a verified profile to get in touch with you. You are welcome not to invest if you have concerns. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions. Siva
- Q: Please respond regarding why the total investment went down by approx. $500k. That is a pretty large amount that was pulled, what happened?
 - A: Dear Yosef, Sorry for the delay in responding. There were couple of investors from outside the US, who couldn't invest via Wefunder due to restrictions in their respective country laws. They sent the money directly to JOGO. We have received $1.4M outside of Wefunder and expecting another $500K. You can read about the details in our Form D, filed with SEC here. https://www.crunchbase.com/funding_round/jogo-health-seed--19c649f7 https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1777982/000120919121053871/xslFormDX01/primary_doc.xml Siva
