## FAQ
1. **Hello. I like your strategy, and I'm all for environmentally friendly solutions. That said, I've been crunching your numbers. I want to ask a couple of questions: 1) Although revenue increased YoY, I see that Assets, Cash & Equivalents, Accounts Receivable, Gross Margin, N...**
 - Scott, excellent questions. The changes you’ve noted in our financial statements are largely a result of our recent investments in our sales team and introduction of our Infinity Lube product line. We believe our net margins will increase as we continue to scale our revenue.
2. **Hi, the offering statement says that you all are taxed as a partnership for tax purposes; is this still true? I noticed that you all have "Inc" listed after the company's title.**
 - Lucas, thank you for your question. Fuel Ox, LLC was a partnership until the restructuring into Industrial Sustainability Group, Inc. (“ISG”) holding company as we prepared to complete an equity offering and become a publicly listed company. ISG is a C Corp and will be taxed as such. Thank you, Rand
3. **Hi Rand, Do you have any patents issued for your products? Any pending? What is your competitive advantage? Thanks. Blessings**
 - Hi Kim, We are in the process of filing a patent pending with the USPTO for the lubricants but do not have any other patents nor do we have plans for any others. One of our competitive advantages is that our two current product lines significantly outperform competing products while being similarly or more attractively priced. Best, Rand Taylor
4. **This was $1.60 per share and had a problem completing. Then I refreshed the page it it went to $2.00. Why did this happen?**
 - Nicholas, Great question. I responded to your email directly as well. In case you have not seen it, and in an effort to answer this question should anyone else have experienced the same here is the explanation: The first $200,000 of investment capital was to be priced at $1.60 and then the price automatically moves to $2.00 for the remaining $870,000 of the offering. A few days ago, someone subscribed their shares indicating they would invest $8 million. We assume they meant 8 million of thei...
5. **I note that the plan to go public is contingent upon raising 50% of the $1M that you're seeking. What is the plan if you raise less than that amount?**
 - Kevin, good question. We are already working on plans to go public. While there’s no guarantee, we are optimistic we’ll be able to raise sufficient capital over the next few months to move to the next step of the process.

## Q&A
- Q: Nice products. I like the green focus. What other types of products are you planning on releasing? What was your revenue in 2021? How did you decide on your valuation and what valuation are you planning on IPOing at? Thanks
- Q: Hi, You post your projected revenues for 2025 as $30M and value the company now at $18.5M, which is only a 50% increase (profit for investors), which is not much for this type of an investment. How much of the multi-billion dollar lubricant and additive markets are you seeking to capture beyond 2025?
- Q: I tried to invest $5,000.00 in your company have no Idea if it went through call me Thank You Sir or leave a message 619 379 9120
- Q: I note that the plan to go public is contingent upon raising 50% of the $1M that you're seeking. What is the plan if you raise less than that amount?

A few days ago, someone subscribed their shares indicating they would invest $8 million. We assume they meant 8 million of their local currency, which would be about $550. In the meantime, the WeFunder system thinks it’s an indication for USD $8 million and has naturally assumed the first $200,000 has been ‘taken.’ We’ve notified WeFunder and hope it will be adjusted so the next ~$40,000 of capital investment gets the $1.60 price. We’re also assuming the people who invested after the $8 million indication will have their purchase price adjusted from $2 down to $1.60. Thank you, Rand Taylor

- Q: Hello. I like your strategy, and I'm all for environmentally friendly solutions. That said, I've been crunching your numbers. I want to ask a couple of questions: 1) Although revenue increased YoY, I see that Assets, Cash & Equivalents, Accounts Receivable, Gross Margin, Net Income, and Shareholder Equity all decreased. Can you speak as to why this happened? Normally, I'd expect something like money was used to pay off debt - although I see that Short and Long-Term Debt actually increased as well, or equipment purchases were made - but then I'd expect to see an increase in assets, etc. 2) Revenue increased by 26.50% yet COGS increased by 31.72%. Granted, the dollar amount shows a gain between the two, but the percentage always worries me when it comes to scaling. Can you speak to that as well? I love that you're a profitable company and that you're offering equity vs. a SAFE. I look forward to your reply and hope to invest in your company.
