## FAQ
1. **How would you handle any funding gaps or filming delays? Can you secure the return of 50% of investment if production falls through?**
   - Hi, Mikey! Are you asking if we would return 50% of your money if the production falls through or if investors would still make their portion of the 50% of the backend despite no movie?
2. **Looks like it will be a great film! Can you clarify what return investors received from Hundreds of Beavers, the prospectus says it "grossed $1.3M on a $150k budget", so did the equivalent to a Wefunder investor for this film make, say, $8,670 on a $1000 investment or were the...**
   - Hi Josh! Hundreds of Beavers had a totally different investment setup with investors recouping only 110% of their investment. Oriental Snatch is a much better deal, allowing the investor to make more money since it's 130% plus your pro rata share of 50% of the backend. If you invest $1,000, you would have the potential to recoup 130% of your investment (so that $1,000 turns into $1,300), plus your pro rata share of 50% of the backend. Since we're aiming at a $1-2 million budget, $1000 wouldn'...
3. **Hey Ryland, how long is the Wefunder going to be open for? Also, what does the “VIP at the premier and wrap party” entail? Thanks!**
   - Hi Steve! This first round of financing (until we reach $1M) will be open until December. "VIP at the premiere and wrap party" means wherever we have the film's world premiere, regardless of city or country, you will be flown and be one with the cast and crew during the screening and any related events surrounding the screening (i.e. film festival press and parties). Well before the world premiere, however, you will also be cordially invited to join the cast and crew and be honored at the fil...
4. **Hi Ryland! Are all credits on IMDb as well?**
   - Hi Stephanie! Yes, everyone involved will be credited on IMDb!
5. **Is Mike Cheslik involved in this project?**
   - Hi Eugene! No, he is not.

## Q&A
- Q: Dear Ryland Brickson Cole Tews, four other friends and I would like to pitch in on a donation to your movie. We were wondering if we all pitch in on a donation if we could have all of our names or if we would have to settle for a combination of names. We love to talk about your movies during our lunch period. Thank you, please respond at your earliest convenience and have a very merry Christmas.
  - A: We'll get you guys all individual credits! Thanks, fellas! You truly are first rate first mates!
- Q: What was the monetary amount that you used for your valuation cap on your Wefunder setup?
  - A: Hi Seth! We need to hit at least $1M in order to complete the film and have money left over to market the film. Anything less than this and we would have to resort to major script changes which would ultimately make the film worse.
- Q: Hi Ryland! What is the final date to invest in Oriental Snatch (I have already invested a tiny bit, but I am trying to have friends invest with me)? (and will there be at least one beaver in this new movie?) Can't wait to see you all in this new adventure!
  - A: Hi, Frederic! Even though production begins in a little under two weeks, we still need to reach our budget goal of $800k-$1M. So we're taking investments all the time! We'll see about the beaver, but last I checked, I murdered them all long ago. Thanks!
- Q: Thanks for making pure, fun, entertaining escapism. Looks like you're taking the Monty Python approach to the DB Cooper story. Can't wait! In fact, I gave you a shout out in my recent newsletter. Not sure if you're going for any redemption, but your antics are my speed, baby: https://www.plumb-news.com/p/clean-cuts-high-stakes
  - A: Thanks, Ian! Hope you can join our team as an investor! We'd love to have you on the team!
- Q: Hi again Ryland! Why has the goal been set from 1M to 500K?
  - A: Hi Stephanie. It was mistakenly set at $1M before. For this raise, the goal is to reach $500k by December. Shooting begins early next year.
- Q: Is Mike Cheslik involved in this project?
  - A: Hi Eugene! No, he is not.
- Q: Hi Ryland! Are all credits on IMDb as well?
  - A: Hi Stephanie! Yes, everyone involved will be credited on IMDb!

  - A: Hi Josh! Hundreds of Beavers had a totally different investment setup with investors recouping only 110% of their investment. Oriental Snatch is a much better deal, allowing the investor to make more money since it's 130% plus your pro rata share of 50% of the backend. Since we're aiming at a $1-2 million budget, $1000 wouldn't get you a TON more money beyond your $1,300 since your pro rata share of 50% is a small percent of the total budget, but it would make you a little extra money. It all depends on how much the movie makes. If the movie makes, say, $10 million instead of, say, $3 million, you would make more money. It's the same deal for every investor regardless of amount invested (130% + your pro rata share of 50% of the backend), however, the more you invest, the more you stand to make. Hope this helps!
