## Story
Independent artists are the most powerful creators in the music industry—Driving culture. Shaping sound. Creating demand.Yet the systems they rely on were never built to serve them. They were built to extract from them. Streaming didn’t fail independent artists by accident. It succeeded exactly as designed.Millions of plays. Fractions in return. Attention without ownership. Exposure without sustainability. And still, independent artists continue to move the culture forward. That’s why HITMKR exists.HITMKR is built to empower independent artists to grow, monetize, and succeed on their own terms.HITMKR is not a streaming platform, its an operating system for independent artists. We don't chase virality. We built a systems that convert attention into ownership, revenue, and growth. Discovery with direction. Community with purpose. Monetization with control.HITMKR gives creators everything they need to build a real business without relying on labels, platforms, or middlemen. Our operating system helps artists understand their fans, communicate with them directly, and turn that relationship into revenue. By owning their data and selling music, merch, tickets, and subscriptions in one place, creators can grow independently while HITMKR powers the engine behind the scenes.WE DELIVERED REAL VALUE TO INDEPENDENT ARTISTS AT EVERY LEVEL.From emerging artists to seasoned industry veterans. Here’s what that looked like in real life:Seddy Hendrix generated $300+ in 20 minutes selling his single directly to fans for $5Sullivan, a rising newcomer, made $271 in one weekend through merch sales to support his projectDamizza generated $9,000+ in ticket sales for his Synergy ConferenceRenzo converted TV viewers into 300+ owned fans with real, actionable fan dataNo label. No gatekeepers. Just artists owning their audience and revenue. This is what happens when artists are given the right tools.Community has been a core pillar of HITMKR from day one. We build alongside the independent artists we serve, actively incorporating their feedback, feature requests, and voices into our platform, product roadmap, and culture. Beyond the platform, we support artists both online and in real life through showcases, industry mixers, guest speaker panels, and opportunities to receive direct feedback from experienced music professionals. These community initiatives also serve as a powerful growth and retention engine. Through the following events, we consistently expand our reach, onboard new creators, and deepen long-term engagement within the HITMKR ecosystem:HITMKR House – Live artist showcases that spotlight emerging independent talent and drive platform discoveryLA Tech Week: The Future of Music – Guest speaker panel connecting creators, technologists, and industry leadersSynergy Sessions with Damizza – Curated discussions and mentorship from music industry veteransNext Up – Direct feedback sessions with Grammy-winning producersIndustry Insights – Monthly virtual Q&A series offering ongoing education and engagementNAMM 2026 (Fanalytics) – Upcoming industry presence focused on fan data, analytics, and creator monetizationThere are 34 million creators globally across music and adjacent creative sectors. As a team of musicians, we are uniquely positioned to start with a focused beachhead of 5 million musicians, artists and songwriters with clear monetization needs and repeat purchasing behavior.HITMKR is building the operating system purpose built for musicians first, then extending the same infrastructure to other creator verticals as we scale. At a $240 annual subscription, the full creator market represents an $8B TAM, creating a large, scalable opportunity ready for disruption.Vu is a songwriter, rapper, and audio engineer with 20+ years in music and a background as a software engineer. He built his career independently, scaling from a one-man operation to teams while learning firsthand how fragmented and costly the music ecosystem is for independent artists. HITMKR was created to solve this problem—giving artists the tools, connections, and infrastructure to build sustainable careers on their own terms.By Q4 2027, HITMKR aims to reach 10,000 paid creators, generating $1M+ in annual recurring revenue. We plan to launch our mobile app with integrated CRM, merch, and ticketing tools while securing 10+ B2B partnerships with independent labels and talent management companies. As we scale, we will continue enhancing creator-fan experiences across content, merchandise, and live events, while expanding strategic brand and industry influencer partnerships to drive adoption and growth.Only $124k of the full $2.5M will be raised on Wefunder. Forward-looking projections cannot be guaranteed. The next era of music will not be owned by platforms that treat artists like data points. It will be built by systems that empower creators to move independently. With structure. With leverage. With clarity.HITMKR is shaping that future. We’re building this with or without permission. With or without validation. With or without capital. But capital accelerates inevitability. We’re not asking you to believe in a dream.WE'RE INVITING YOU TO PARTICIPATE IN A SYSTEM ALREADY IN MOTION.

## FAQ
1. **Hey there, I run a community round focused venture fund and have a few questions for you that I'd love to ask 1 on 1 if possible. What's the best way to reach you for a zoom meeting?**
 - Hey Tristin, thank you for contacting us. You can reach me at and we can schedule a zoom call from there.
2. **I'm really interested in this. Will HITMKR become DDEX-compliant, where distributors can distribute artists' music and manage it on the platform?**
 - Hi Kevin, thank you for your question and for your interest in HITMKR. We don’t plan to take on DSP distribution in the near future. Our focus is on direct-to-fan (D2C) tools and experiences, and we intend to partner with distribution companies that already have the infrastructure and expertise to handle DSP delivery. This allows us to stay focused on what we do best: helping independent artists own their data, build deeper fan relationships, and monetize beyond streaming. Happy to connect an...
3. **What is the exit plan (acquisition, IPO, merger, etc.) in which investors will be able to see a ROI?**
 - This is a long term play for us. We want to build a company that can be truly entrenched in the independent artists ecosystem. Ideally it would be an IPO and by that time, HITMKR would be a product underneath an umbrella of a suite of products. If there is an acquisition opportunity, we would want to sell to an owner that aligns with our value and isn't part of the 3 major labels.

- Q: Hi, I’ve been following your progress on Wefunder and am genuinely impressed by the vision behind HITMKR, My name is Julian Vance, and I head Catalyst Equity Partners. For the past seven years, I have worked exclusively within the Wefunder ecosystem, helping founders bridge the gap between 'launching' and 'successfully funding.' One of the biggest hurdles in a crowdfunding campaign is maintaining consistent momentum. My work is specifically focused on providing highly curated, niche-specific lists of potential investors who are already active in your industry. Founders I work with have seen significant support and increased investment volume through their Wefunder links by utilizing this targeted data. I’d love to discuss building a specialized investor list for your niche at a very low and affordable price point, designed to ensure you get the highest possible ROI on your outreach efforts. Please reach out to me here at catalystequitypartner@gmail.com so we can discuss a strategy tailored to your industry and help you hit your funding milestones faster. Best regards, Julian Vance Catalyst Equity Partners
