1. **What is it that investors own in Help Texts?**
   - Thanks so much for your question Brandi, and for all of your support. With your investment in Help Texts you're buying EQUITY in Help Texts. Wefunder has created an SPV, or "special purpose vehicle" that is an entity set up for the sole purpose of investing in Help Texts. The SPV will purchase the same common, non-voting shares that our other investors own. You'll own a percentage of the SPV based on the size of your investment, which means you'll own common stock in Help Texts.
2. **As a healthcare provider, I can really see the benefits this company could offer. Are you able to speak on revenue/growth of the company, 2022, or H1 2023, or future projections?**

   - Thank you for your thoughtful feedback Adam, and for the work you do. I think one of the reasons that text is proving to be so impactful, is that it's private and people can choose to read their texts when &amp; where they're ready. It's a very low threshold way to quickly get support.

   - Hello Bosquillon, thanks for your interest in our work. In 2022 we started working with a large charity in the UK who began offering Help Texts free of charge to all UK residents. This led to the initial jump in subscribers in 2022, but then also it was 2022 when we expanded our platform significantly in order to have multiple products. What pivot did you make to multiply your sales? Also, could you tell me what differentiates you from the competition or what might prevent a new entrant from offering a similar service?   - A: Hello Bosquillon, thanks for your interest in our work. In 2022 we started working with a large charity in the UK who began offering Help Texts free of charge to all UK residents. This led to the initial jump in subscribers in 2022, but then also it was 2022 when we expanded our platform significantly in order to have multiple products. Before that we just had one product for grief. Today we have five products, so that's a big difference. We were the first in the world to publish data on grief-informed texting as a health intervention, so our research is helping to cement our position as leaders in this space. Our content is deep &amp; rich and would be hard to replicate, especially as we have contracts with non-competes, with many of the world's leading bereavement experts. Finally, healthcare providers take a long time to look at new services so our 4 years of data &amp; experience would make it hard for a new entrant to catch up. Still, it's a risk. Your application may have this, but when i've had something tragic happen, there are times when I don't want someone to bring it up, such as at work, because it may distract from my day/the task at hand. Some people may benefit from around the clock assistance, others may have a "black out" period where they may not.
