Wefunder has created an SPV, or "special purpose vehicle" that is an entity set up for the sole purpose of investing in Help Texts. The SPV will purchase the same common, non-voting shares that our other investors own. You'll own a percentage of the SPV based on the size of your investment, which means you'll own common stock in Help Texts.

  A: Hello Bosquillon, thanks for your interest in our work. In 2022 we started working with a large charity in the UK who began offering Help Texts free of charge to all UK residents. This led to the initial jump in subscribers in 2022, but then also it was 2022 when we expanded our platform significantly in order to have multiple products.
