In papers published around the studies, patients acknowledged that they did not understand that their symptoms were so bad. And the reason is simple - we breathe 20,000 times a day. If we had to keep track or be cognizant of any minute changes, we couldn't do anything else. Our device also tracks things like activity, temperature, heart rate and respiration rate, and put these together holistically to understand baseline vs actual.
