A Smart Wind Turbine for Your Home

## Elevator pitch
At Harmony Turbines, it's no coincidence that we take inspiration from the Yin and Yang symbol when it comes to our wind turbine technology. That's because we are founded on the concept of working in a balance with nature - not against it. With the focus on convenience, ease of use, features, and cost, our goal is to become the next global standard in residential and small-scale wind power generation. Due to our patented advanced furling system, we feel our units will not only withstand a greater range of forces from nature, producing full power during high wind events, but that they will do it in style, being beautiful, silent in operation, and posing no danger to people or wildlife.

## Story
The Future of Residential Wind Starts HereHarmony Turbines was founded on a simple idea: work with nature, not against it. Our turbines are designed for convenience, efficiency, and affordability. Our patented advanced furling system positions us to redefine the residential and small-scale wind industry; it enables our turbines to protect themselves in dangerous winds while simultaneously performing at full capacity—quietly, beautifully and safely. The Problems with Small-Scale Wind TurbinesYou often see solar panels on homes, small and large structures, and in backyards. But how many people do you know with a wind turbine on their personal property or small business? Our guess is probably not many. Why is that?We believe residential and small-scale wind power represents a significant yet unrealized market opportunity currently hindered by several factors such as noise and visual pollution leading to regulatory hurdles, high costs that limit ROI, and vulnerability to high-wind damage. Our Solution: A New Spin, Making Wind Power Smarter and Accessible To EveryoneHarmony Turbines is purpose-built to overcome these challenges. We are developing affordable, quiet, visually elegant, and highly efficient turbines that elevate both performance and public acceptance. At the core of our design is our patented furling system, which enables full power generation in high winds while automatically protecting the unit—addressing the very weaknesses that hinder competing technologies, and positioning us to unlock significant value in distributed renewable energy. We see our Harmony wind turbines as the “smartphone” of the residential and small-scale wind industry—bringing modern, intelligent design to a market still largely dominated by outdated, legacy technologies. Our turbine design is intended for homes, farms, small businesses, and other distributed energy applications. We are developing what we believe to be a superior class of wind turbine capable of operating efficiently across a broader range of wind conditions, offering performance and versatility that traditional systems struggle to match.WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE is our patented furling system, which protects our turbines while continuing to produce full power during high winds. Watch this quick explanation of how our furling technology compares with competing technologies:The Market: An Estimated $3.47B MarketOur first target market is the residential sector. Our turbine is designed for homes, farms, small businesses, and other small-scale installations—a space we believe has strong growth potential and limited competition. Our design is also highly scalable, making it easy to create both larger and smaller versions. After launching the residential model, we plan to expand into the marine and recreational markets, for use on boats, with RV's, as well as other small off-grid uses.We believe that together, these markets offer significant opportunity for long-term expansion. Our Traction: Global Interest and our ProgressGlobal InterestWe've raised over $3.5M USD from over 3,200 investors worldwide. These people believe in our product and the positive impact it could have on the planet, and have chosen to support us through investing in our company. We've also amassed a large audience consisting ofinvestors (3,200+)social media followers (44,000+)people interested in BETA testing (600+)businesses interested in partnering with us for sales, marketing, distribution, manufacturing and building projects (500+)and customers just waiting to purchase our turbines once they're on the market (700+)That's a total of over 48,000 potential customers already tuned in and waiting for our product launch! We believe we're on the right track!Current Tech ProgressPatented furling system - Our technology, though revolutionary (no pun intended), has already been in real-world testing for over 2 years without any significant issues. We are now enhancing our proprietary onboard control system, which intelligently determines when and how much furling is required to optimize performance and protect the turbine.Generator: Our wind turbine is a low-RPM device, which requires a low-RPM generator. After testing many off-the-shelf options without success, we INNOVATED and developed our own solution: our very own SAF (Simplified Axial Flux) generator engineered specifically to meet the needs of our low-RPM turbine design. Check out our LIVE YouTube reveal from June 2025:Charging System: Wind turbine systems currently on the market generally require a charge controller to prevent over-voltage of the batteries, therefore protecting them. BUT our furling technology, by regulating power generation and output, may eliminate this problem. Simply put—we may not need a charge controller. Watch this video for a deep dive into why this works:Scoop Shape / Arrangement - We conducted extensive wind tunnel testing on 130+ scale models of various turbine scoop shapes, sizes and arrangements. From this, we identified a very promising shape and are currently producing a full-size version of it for real-world testing. Watch this video on why we're so excited to see our new scoops in action!Next Steps: ALPHA / BETA Testing, then Production! We are still in development and not yet in production, aiming to launch our product to market once our furling system, SAF generator, and charging system reach Minimum Viable Product (MVP) status. Currently, an ALPHA unit installed on our rooftop is being used to test these core systems. We will soon begin testing our new scoop geometry on another ALPHA unit. Our BETA Testing program is open and plans are already in motion with Penn State University - Harrisburg Campus where they're planning to break ground soon. We've also begun serious talks with a second location, PSU Berks Campus. Additionally we have 2 more private homeowners we're engaging as prospective 2026 BETA sites! In the longer term, we plan to expand BETA testing to locations farther from our Central Pennsylvania headquarters in order to capture performance under diverse weather and environmental conditions. Successful BETA testing will then allow us to take initial orders and begin low-volume production for our first Harmony Turbines customers, marking the start of our market entry.ALPHA unit on Headquarters rooftopWhy We’re Seeking Investments NowAs we are not yet in production, we currently do not have a steady revenue stream. This Wefunder campaign will provide the capital needed to continue R&D, cover operating expenses such as payroll, rent, and insurance, and bridge the gap until we reach low-volume production and revenue-positive operations. The funds will specifically support advancing our BETA testing program and scaling toward our initial production run.Why Invest in Harmony Turbines? We see multiple ways our products could disrupt the wind turbine industry, creating significant upside for investors:Perfect Market Timing: Advances in battery and storage technology are driving a new era of decentralized power generation. Reliable small-scale wind and solar solutions will be key, making the launch of Harmony Turbines especially timely.Pre-Launch Demand: Our growing community of over 48,000 potential customers is already watching and waiting for our product.Patented Technology Advantage: Our furling system allows turbines to deliver full power even in high winds—conditions that usually shut down or destroy competitors’ products.Untapped Residential Market: Designed for homes, farms, small businesses, and backyards, our turbine targets a largely underserved segment with strong growth potential.Room for Innovation: The small-scale wind sector is evolving, and Harmony Turbines differentiates itself through unique design, improved efficiency, and user-focused features. By addressing current technology limitations, we aim to become a market leader.Expanded Market Potential: Our SAF Generator could have applications beyond our turbines in other low-RPM systems.Scalable Design: Our turbine can be adapted for industrial-scale energy production or downsized for recreational markets such as boating, camping, and RVs.In short, Harmony Turbines could be positioned to capitalize on a growing market with patented technology, scalable design, and multiple expansion paths—offering investors a unique opportunity to enter at the ground floor of a potentially transformative energy solution. In SummaryHarmony Turbines was born from the desire to create a simple, efficient, and affordable residential wind turbine that meets the real needs of homeowners. Our goal is to drive mass adoption in the residential and small-scale wind market by solving the shortcomings overlooked by current products. With our patented furling technology, our own SAF generator, and custom innovative charging system, we expect our turbines will deliver power more efficiently across a wider range of wind conditions, with improved reliability and a stronger return on investment.NOW is the time to invest in sustainable technology that drives tangible impact—advancing clean energy, supporting communities, and protecting our planet.Your investment helps bring Harmony Turbines to market and shape the future of distributed energy.Even social media influencers are taking notice! ## FAQ
1. **Why are you only raising $400,000? I'm very interested in this but I have to wait until next month. If I miss out on this opportunity, I hope that you will consider another campaign next year and hopefully some Reg A's as well.**
 - Hello Baron, I'm being conservative with this first round of public funding. I need enough to pay initial salaries and finish the next prototype as well as setup a place of business. Beyond that I don't want to put the cart before the horse in this case. Investors will thank me in the end for not diluting too early. This campaign is about doing things the right way! -Just like Harmony Turbines will do with the products that we offer to the world.
2. **What are your revenue goals for the next 5 years?**
 - Hi Leonard, in 5 years we hope to have dozens of licensing agreements for Harmony Turbines around the world. We are breaking into the Residential market which is virtually untapped currently because none of the options today give homeowners a good ROI. We will be changing that in a huge way. Revenue goals for us in 5 years would be north of 20m annually.
3. **I understand you still need to complete prototype field testing, but any idea how many regions or approximate households in the US have the sustained winds to use wind as a significant power source until we figure out the storage problem?**
 - When we did our initial studies only taking rural houses into account which is about 19% of the US, and then only taking 1% of those homes (1 in 100) buying our products, the market was around $3B. That was not counting businesses and that was ONLY the U.S. So this market is very large and almost completely untapped right now because all of the products on the market are absolutely terrible.
4. **Several questions: 1. What is the estimated cost for each unit and the estimated time for the consumer to recoup their investment? 2. I know that it depends on wind speed, but how much power is being generated? 3. Are all components being made in house, what items are being ou...**
 - Hi David, please remember we're still in the R&D process so this is an early investment round. It's why we were only seeking to get $400k in this early round. I don't want to dilute early investor shares by seeking too much funding. With that in mind I will do my best to answer your questions as thoroughly as possible.1. Our Target cost to the consumer would be around $5K + installation and ROI would likely be 5 years if you have good wind (20mph) in your area. If your aver...
5. **You mentioned that you started on this project under another company, Creating Moore LLC. Does Harmony Turbines own 100% of that, or does Creating Moore still own some of this?**
 - Hi Craig, all of the Intellectual Property for the Harmony Turbines project has now been transferred to Harmony Turbines Inc. Creating Moore, LLC does not own any stake in Harmony Turbines nor does Harmony Turbines Inc own any stake in Creating Moore. I simply started the development under Creating Moore, LLC back in the beginning because it was the company I had at that time.

 - A: Hi Dale, Probably summer timeframe. Send me an email and I can give you more information: harmonyvawt@gmail.com is my address.
 - A: Hi Dale, we just opened up our new funding round: https://www.startengine.com/harmony-turbines
- Q: The fundamental design is key, but what type of generators are you experimenting with for the power side? Are you considering things like rare earth magnets for greater net power?
 - A: Joseph we have already been granted 2 patents on our proprietary patent design. It will be an Axial flux, dual pole, solid core generator with some amazing capabilities that will quite possibly enable us to become the leader or standard in small scale wind turbine generators within a few years. We are working hard to try to get enough funding to properly attack the R&D of our new generator. That's our biggest priority right now.
- Q: Looks like a very cool project and I'm very interested in investing. Question: Are you or do you intend to share ownership with your employees (for example, as an ESOP)?
 - A: Hi Mark, it's a very interesting question. I know that Harley Davidson here in Pennsylvania did that very thing and it worked well for them. I would certainly be happy to turn the company over to the employees if we can get to the point where that becomes feasible. I have no desire to run a wind turbine company for the rest of my days. I merely want to get this technology developed and in production to sufficient levels that we can start to make a big difference in our world; after that it's time to hand the reins over to those who would take it to every corner of our world.
- Q: Hello Mr. Moore. I am seeing the WeFunder ad for Harmony Turbines in an online Indian news website. Can I invest in your venture from India? How does it work for me? How are my investments safe with you? What are the tax impIications? What are the rules and regulations of investing from India? I mean, I need to know everything that I should know before investing in your overseas Venture from India.
 - A: Hello Yogendra, I am not an investment advisor and cannot give you investment advise but I will say that if the WeFunder website site allows you to invest and does not give you an error then you are legally allowed to do so. We have had several people who cannot invest because their country prohibits such exchanges; so if you can, then it's legal and it's allowed. Your protection is the same as anyone else in that you receive a SAFE agreement and contract that binds us together in an investment agreement. You will receive a SAFE note that will grant you your share of company equity once a trigger event takes place. You are welcome to contact WeFunder support if you have further questions specifically about the investment itself. They handle that side of the house and we handle our company management side.
- Q: Do you intend to pay dividends (post-conversion)?
 - A: Hi Craig, there's a number of scenarios on the table from outright sale of the company ...nice clean and tidy where you guys would just be paid out and done. To licensing agreements where we would look at dividends. It's too early to decide on anything like that right now. For the time being we just need to focus on the next year that will be heavy on research and validation from universities and academia as well as looking at future business deals that could come in all shapes & sizes, colors & flavors. :)
- Q: Hello. I'm curious. What would the average wild speed need to be in a consumer's area to make it worth purchasing and installing one of the turbines you are developing? Thanks!
 - A: Hi Chris, as with any wind turbine you're going to want winds to be averaging around 15mph or better. Anything less than that you would have a very long ROI and it's probably not worth investing in wind turbine technology. At this time we are working with universities to try to complete the data analysis portion of our production capabilities but that's going to take time to finish. For now we just have a guess or approximation and I'd say you want something 15mph or better to make it worthwhile.
- Q: I invested last year, when will it turn into shares? I'm going to invest again. What are the perks again, it's not listed? You guy's are awesome...have a great day...
 - A: Hi Peter, there are a number of trigger events which will turn your SAFE note into equity shares. A large private investor coming in and receiving equity shares; being bought out by another company or the sale of our company, and a few other things. Your original SAFE note is safe and sound (no pun intended) this is just a 2nd funding round because we need some more funds. We didn't ask for a lot the first time because we didn't want to dilute things too much. Now we have a much better idea about where we are and what will help move us to the next level. There are no perks offered this round... but there is a large early bird discount for the first $200k of investment. I will be posting the links soon for the hats and t-shirts from round 1 funding perks and additionally to anyone who wants one during round 2 here. But I figured I would wait for this 2nd round to do it all at once and keep things simple.
- Q: Will you be taken applications for or setting up distributors or resellers?
 - A: Yes we will work with distributors and installers in various regions to cover different markets.
- Q: Where are stats and test results? ie: how much power can be harvested for how much wind speed? per how much area and height of turbine ? How much output in variable speed winds and variable direction winds? efficacy and cost of automated furling controllers? How much noise does it generate ? And the resulting theoretical estimated purchase and installation cost. That is the necessary input to determine how practical and salable this technology will be.
 - A: Hi Peter I've answered all of these questions in 2 livestreams the last 2 days on Facebook and also multiple livestreams in YouTube. If you'd like to do a zoom call I'm happy to do one with you, just send me your contact information in a private e-mail to: HarmonyVAWT@gmail.com
