## Elevator pitch
Happypillar provides evidence-based mental health support that brings joy back to kids and ease and time back to parents. We're NOT a telehealth marketplace: we’re the first offering with a tech-enabled, scalable solution, augmenting parent-child therapy with machine learning and natural language processing, designed and overseen by licensed clinical therapists. Happypillar provides immediate access to support and costs 93% less than traditional parent-child therapy.

## FAQ
1. **How do you justify 6M valuation?**
   - Calvin, great question! We did a significant amount of research to validate our 8M (and early bird 6M, with a 16% discount) valuation. In a sea of marketplaces and teleheatlh offerings, we’re the only company providing parent-child focused mental health support tools in a scaleable, 1:many offering. In the parenting space, we’re the first company offering fully tech-enabled mental health support programs augmented by machine learning and natural language processing, designed and overseen by l...

   - Thanks you Brian! We agree that this is an issue that could benefit tremendously from a tech-based solution. The mental health space is a huge market opportunity and we benefit from being early, if not first, movers with the only fully-tech enabled solution that’s developed by licensed therapists and augmented by machine learning. The maturity of our data science and the flexibility of our offering makes us an extremely valuable asset in the future of parent/family health space. This puts us ...

## Q&A
- Q: I love what you're trying to do here. This is an ever growing issue, and with the state of things is difficult to manage. However, from an investment perspective, what is the long term goal that leads to investor ROI for your company? I don't see anything in the pitch about an exit or future financial plans aside from standard growth. Would you envision an acquisition/merger, or would anticipated gains be expected to come through long term dividends, etc.?
  - A: Thanks you Brian! This puts us in a great position for a successful exit. One likely path would be that Happypillar is acquired by another company, either in the healthcare or pharmaceutical retail space. However, another possibility would be major growth in the behavioural health AI space and a future IPO. We look forward to having you with us on this journey! - Q: How do you justify 6M valuation?
  - A: Calvin, great question! We did a significant amount of research to validate our 8M (and early bird 6M, with a 16% discount) valuation. In a sea of marketplaces and teleheatlh offerings, we’re the only company providing parent-child focused mental health support tools in a scaleable, 1:many offering. In the parenting space, we’re the first company offering fully tech-enabled mental health support programs augmented by machine learning and natural language processing, designed and overseen by licensed clinical therapists. In addition, we have amassed a large proprietary corpus of real-world data: parent-child interactions. We've used production-grade data to enhance our custom models that match real therapist accuracy. In addition, we’ve done an assessment of the privacy methodologies used in mental health apps today and determined they don’t meet the standards we’d like to hold ourselves to when working with sensitive data. We scrub data to remove personally-identifiable information (PII) and we’re HIPAA-compliant with plans to add on-device inference, which is the gold standard of privacy and security. Other comparable telehealth offerings were valued similarly, with the exception that they aren’t actually offering machine learning-augmented, therapist-vetted accessible mental health support via an asynchronous model. The maturity of our data science and the flexibility of our offering makes us an extremely valuable asset in the future of parent/family health space.
