## Q&A

 - A: Hi LD. Thanks for your question. The answer is no to that. As a team of survivors and caregivers ourselves, we have two service lines. "Empowerment programs" are where we invite patients to share their experience and perspective for other patients and healthcare providers to learn from. We co-create these programs with the people living the experience and have developed 250 to-date. "Research programs" are where our team develops the methodology & questions with the client, invites patients to participate with us and then we publish or provide the learnings to our clients. We've had 20 posters at conferences and publications in leading journals to help improve understanding and care for patients. Let me know if you'd like examples of either of these. We'd be honored to share them.
