## Story
About GruuvIt’s hard enough to make a living as a musician when times are normal. During a pandemic, it was next to impossible. Live streaming took off during COVID lockdowns; but the crowded platforms made it difficult for lesser-known musicians to get noticed and earn money. I love live music and started creating GRUUV.co during the pandemic, when musicians were unable to book live gigs and network with other artists; yet still needed a way to generate income from home. I want to be an advocate for musicians, so I began developing GRUUV.co to be a community not just a platform.“I want GRUUV to be warm, welcoming and fun, and as profitable as possible for the musician,” says Schiff. “One of my hobbies pre-COVID was attending concerts and live shows. I saw that many musicians and artists were greatly impacted by the pandemic. I wanted to help them continue to make money so they could continue performing and keep the music alive.”We want to empower you with the tools to take your passion to the stars! We don't see this as as a one off tool but a community and a network to build your brand off site as well. Imagine this example; You are live streaming, doing a great job. A brick and mortar business that also has a Gruuv account and that has live shows sees you performing and reaches out. Next thing you know you have a residency at that establishment and a steady paying gig that goes right along with your streaming revenue. The possibilities are endless! It's time music had a home that put the artist in control. According to Spotify, the average payout for an individual artist is between $0.006 and $0.0084 per stream. You need a multi-layer approach and Gruuv is working toward giving you just that. Tips + Merchandise + Subscription + Ad revenue + More! = A greater chance for success. We want to build an ecosystem you can thrive in and your fans can enjoy! We want you to take this success and present it in the real world! As we stated above we don't see this as just as a web based platform. This is an audition for you in the real world! As creators of Gruuv we are on a mission to empower as many musicians as possible with the right tools to not only be successful on Gruuv, but to hopefully take that success and to experience it live and in person as well. While we don't know what the future holds, we want to be there to support you when we get there. This 3 tier approach brings the musicians, fans and businesses together. We see you performing live at the venues where your fans can see you in person! It's truly a win/win/win. Fans get to find new people and music to fall in love with. Businesses get to promote live shows at their actual establishments and musicians get to grow their fanbase while presenting the world with their passion. The expected value of the live streaming industry will be around $184 billion by 2027. Technological advances and the increasing availability of high-quality streaming equipment and software are likely to make live streaming more accessible and affordable for artists and performers. This could lead to an increase in the number of people using live streaming to share their music, performances, and other creative work. Live streaming will continue to grow in popularity and become an increasingly important part of the entertainment and music industries in the coming years. Gruuv plan's on being in the forefront of that explosion.Bringing musicians, fans and business together in one place will have a number of benefits;Connecting artists and fans: It becomes easier for artists to connect with and engage with their fans. This can help to build and maintain a strong and loyal fan base.Facilitating collaboration: Bringing musicians, fans and business together in one place can facilitate collaboration and networking among these groups. This can lead to new partnerships and opportunities for all parties involved.Creating a sense of community: Bringing musicians, fans and businesses together in one place can create a sense of community and shared purpose, which can be especially beneficial for musicians who may not have a strong local fan base.Promoting the music industry: Bringing musicians, fans and businesses together in one place can help to promote the music industry and highlight the value of music and the hard work that goes into creating it.Generating revenue: Bringing musicians, fans, and businesses together in one place can generate revenue for all parties involved. For example, artists may be able to sell tickets to events or merchandise, and businesses may be able to generate revenue through sponsorships or advertising. We aren't big tech, Gruuv is for the people by the people. We love music just as much as you do! Gruuv is a platform that brings musicians, fans and business together in one place, with the goal of fostering a sense of community and promoting the music industry. By focusing on the needs and interests of "the people," Gruuv is able to create a space that is welcoming and inclusive for all members of the music community. One of the benefits of this approach is that it allows Gruuv to create a platform that is tailored to the needs and interests of its users. By understanding and addressing the concerns and desires of musicians, fans and businesses, Gruuv is able to create a platform that is more relevant and valuable to its users. In addition, by positioning itself as a platform "for the people by the people," Gruuv is able to differentiate itself from larger tech companies that may have different priorities or business models. This focus on community and inclusivity can help to build trust and loyalty among Gruuv's users, and create a sense of ownership and belonging among members of the community. We can't do this without your help. The musicians. The fans. The businesses. INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY: Why This Is a Smart Investment; The music industry has seen a shift towards streaming services in recent years, with more and more people choosing to listen to music online rather than purchasing physical albums. There is a growing demand for live music content, as many concerts and music festivals were cancelled or moved online due to the COVID-19 pandemic, that need for an alternate online venue has expanded.A music-focused live streaming service could attract a dedicated audience who are passionate about music and willing to pay for exclusive content and experiences. The platform could also generate revenue through advertising and sponsorships, as well as through partnerships with music labels and artists.Having a platform that concentrates on music rather than general content, the platform can attract a specific and targeted audience, which can be monetized through various ways.Overall, a live streaming service focused on music could be a smart investment due to the growing demand for music streaming and live music content, as well as the potential for monetization through advertising, sponsorships, and partnerships.I saw myself how everyone during the pandemic was effected and I wanted to create something special so if something of that magnitude happens again, you will have a leg up! The COVID-19 pandemic had a significant impact on the music industry, as many live events and performances were cancelled or postponed due to social distancing measures. This had a negative impact on musicians and other industry professionals, who rely on live performances and events as a source of income and exposure. In response to this, Gruuv was created to provide an alternative way for musicians and fans to connect and engage, even during times when live events are not possible. By providing a space for musicians to share their music and performances online, and for fans to support and engage with them, Gruuv can help to mitigate the negative impact of events in the future.
