# Grape ID™

Permanently Eliminate Spam on Cell Phone, Social Media, and Email

## Elevator pitch
The Grape ID Ad Marketplace allows advertisers to laser target prospects without accessing any of the prospect's data, thus protecting people's privacy. It uses artificial intelligence, blockchain, omni-factor authentication, and other technology to protect user data from cybercriminals and advertisers, earn cash for its users, and eliminate 99% of email spam. These are three rights each internet user has: 1) right to privacy & security, 2) right to monetize their data, and 3) right to spam-free communication.

## Story
Advertisers Drive the Spam CrisisAdvertisers send the majority of spam. Spam wastes our time, creates security risks, invades privacy, and causes us to miss messages we actually want.PROBLEM: We're TrappedAdvertisers are trapped – people ignore their ads, so they send more, hoping to make sales. This wastes their money and floods consumers with unwanted spam. They don't have a better option.Consumers are trapped – we get so much spam it’s difficult to find the messages we want. Spam invades our privacy, puts us at risk of scams, and it feels like there’s no solution.SOLUTION: Grape ID™ MarketplaceThe Marketplace allows advertisers to pay consumers to engage with their ads. Grape ID™ delivers ads to a user's Identity Agent, which decides if it's relevant.HOW IT WORKS: CONSUMERSSTEP 1: Verify your identityBy verifying your identity, you generate a secure digital identity that lives on your device (not our servers). It’s a permanent identity that only YOU can unlock, own, and take with you throughout life. This ensures no one else—not even Grape ID™—can access your account or your earnings. The digital keys are stored locally, turning your phone into a private server where YOU control the computing.STEP 2: Connect & train your Identity AgentSync your accounts & tell it what you like.Your Agent unifies your digital life by connecting to your favorite apps and learning from your chats. It aggregates data from your shopping, social, and emails into one secure profile that runs on your device. It works for you—not advertisers. As you share your needs and interests, it learns what's helpful to you. Since your Identity Agent runs on your device, it works for you—not advertisers.Your data never leaves your device.STEP 3: Swipe ads to earn cashYour Identity Agent filters through the noise to find ads that are relevant and worth your time. It prices every ad based on the hourly rate you set. Whether you swipe right or left, you get paid for your time.👉 Swipe Right: Interested👈 Swipe Left: Not Interested💰 Get Paid Either Way: Withdraw cash to your wallet at any time.Click to View Demo Video (YouTube, 3 mins)HOW IT WORKS: ADVERTISERS1. Launch campaigns in minutesGrape ID™ allows advertisers to define their audience, upload ad creative, and set their bid price just like they would on platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ad.2. Pay for engagement, not impressionsTraditional ad platforms charge advertisers for views, impressions, and other wasteful metrics. This means advertisers are literally paying ad platforms to spam people with impressions they know will be ignored. With Grape ID™, advertisers only pay for genuine engagement— like a click or feedback. Users explicitly choose to engage.3. Ad matching occurs on the USER'S deviceTraditional ad platforms require your data to be sent to their corporate servers for processing, creating a massive privacy risk. With Grape ID, matching is performed locally by the user's Identity Agent. Private user data never leaves their device.4. The Secret Sauce: Ad Targeting with 360° ContextBecause the ad matching happens on the User's Device, Identity Agents have the full view of the user's data that traditional ad platforms never see.1. Full User Context: Traditional platforms guess who users are based on fragmented browsing history (i.e., tracking cookies). Identity Agents match ads against data from the user’s entire digital life—shopping, location, finance, and apps—creating a complete 360° view that never leaves the phone.2. Real-Time Relevance: Ad platform data is often weeks old. Identity Agent data is live. Advertisers reach users based on what they are interested in right now.Click here for Demo Video (YouTube, 3 mins)REVENUE MODELOur marketplace charges around a 30% transaction fee on ad spend. For example, when an advertiser pays $1 for engagement, the consumer earns $0.70 as a cash reward and Grape ID™ earns $0.30.Grape ID™ will also generate revenue through B2B and government identity verification services (SEDI-compliant). For details on this revenue stream, please refer to the Pitch Deck PDF located at the top of this page.TRACTIONValidationDemand for the Grape ID™ Marketplace is strong. After seeing a rough mockup, 76% of consumers and 93% of advertisers signed up to the waitlist immediately. To prove advertisers were willing to pay for the product, we conducted a two-week test and collected $1,200 in pre-launch deposits.Product RoadmapTwo Initiatives to "End Spam Forever"To permanently solve spam, we must address both HOW and WHY spam exists (a.k.a., the technical & motivational reasons).Identity Agent Infrastructure. Identity Agents address HOW spam exists (technically). An Identity Agent acts as a gateway for your communications. It intercepts all incoming calls, emails, and texts, routing only what you've approved. It implements universal protocols like a universal 'Unsubscribe' button.Attention Marketplace. This addresses WHY spam exists. Right now, advertisers are financially rewarded for spamming people. The Marketplace enables advertisers to buy people’s attention instead of spamming them.REVENUE PROJECTIONSBased on our model and market opportunity (U.S. only), we project significant growth, reaching breakeven ($1M revenue/month with 7,500 businesses) in early 2028 and targeting $300 million in annual revenue by 2030. (Note: These are forward-looking projections based on current plans and market assumptions, and are not guaranteed).COMPETITIONUnlike current ad platforms that exploit user data and keep the ad profits, Grape ID™ never sees user data and users keep the ad profits.THE VISIONSpam is just the beginning. Once Grape ID™ reaches critical mass (targeting 50M+ users), our platform and underlying Identity Agent technology will empower individuals to solve other major digital challenges like broader privacy issues, cybercrime, censorship, and the limitations of centralized financial systems.USE OF FUNDSThis $1.2M raise provides 18 months of runway to achieve key milestones: Launch the Phase I SEDI initiative (Q3 2026) to generate an initial user base and technical credibility; Launch the Attention Marketplace (Q4 2026) for consumers and advertisers; and build the Flywheel Effect (Q4 2026) to scale adoption.Of the initial $50,000 raised in this Wefunder, 92.1 % of it will be used to market our Wefunder Campaign (social media, ads, marketing contractors) and 7.9% to pay Wefunder fees.Of the $1.235M maximum goal for this current Wefunder campaign, 18% will go to marketing, 15% to operations and overhead of the company, 59.1% to four engineers and two product owners, and 7.9% to Wefunder fees.Investing $20,000 & up? (Angel/VC)Our Government, B2B, and SEDI initiatives offer scale beyond the consumer marketplace.Review the Pitch Deck at the top of this page.Book a 15 minute call with the founder, CLICK HERE.Founder's Social MediaCLICK HERE for @AntiSpamGuy

## FAQ
1. **Can you expand on what your patents cover?**
 - Hi Adam, I'm happy to share more about our intellectual property strategy. Overview Our intellectual property (IP) is protected by four issued patents, two trademarks, and trade secrets. The patents cover key identity verification methods that are essential to our identity confidence score system. Our trademarks, including Grape Score™, protect the branding of our scoring system. We plan to continue filing additional patents as needed, similar to how FICO protects its intellectual property. W...
2. **Hello, can you share your thoughts on how often you will update us on how things are progressing with your goals and business plan? Secondly, do you intend to file the annual report with the SEC? Thanks for your feedback.**
 - Hi Karolina, 1) I will post updates weekly once the campaign launches (end of this week), and I'll continue to do so during live campaigns. Once the raise is complete, I'll likely transition to monthly posts on Wefunder, but you can continue to see weekly updates on my social media, YouTube @AntiSpamGuy (also launching later this week). 2) I expect to file annual reports for 1-2 years assuming we crowdfund for 1-2 more years. If we raise venture capital instead of crowdfunding, we won't likel...
3. **In your revenue projections, you anticipate $97k for 2024. Can you confirm approximately where you are with 2.5 months left of the year in reaching your initial revenue goal for 2024 and forward looking into 2025? Thank you!**
 - Excellent question Jason. Although it's still possible, with a delayed Wefunder launch & only 2.5 months left, I don't think we'll reach anywhere close to $97k of revenue in 2024 — and for good reason. We had two choices: 1) target small/medium businesses with shorter sales cycles which provide a more gradual increase in revenue, or 2) target enterprises with longer sales cycles but significantly more revenue & growth potential. We decided to prioritize enterprise partnerships since w...
4. **Do you partner with app development agencies?**
 - Hi Majed, we do not. All code is written in-house.
5. **What is the exit plan (acquisition, IPO, merger, etc.) in which investors will be able to see a ROI?**
 - Hi bugg logg. It's too early to know for sure. I did discuss being acquired earlier this month, but it's not the right timing and so we decided to revisit it again later if we want. Other possible exit strategies include IPO, share buyback program, secondary market platforms (i.e. Hiive), company-sponsored tender offers, and even a token launch. All of these require careful thought to weigh the pros/cons. If a big-tech company wanted to buy us, we'd have to ensure people remain in control of ...

## Q&A
- Q: What is the exit plan (acquisition, IPO, merger, etc.) in which investors will be able to see a ROI?
 - A: Hi bugg logg. If a big-tech company wanted to buy us, we'd have to ensure people remain in control of their data (we're a mission-driven company). Launching a share buyback program or using a secondary market platform (Hiive) look like the most likely to occur first. All of this is speculative.

We had two choices: 1) target small/medium businesses with shorter sales cycles which provide a more gradual increase in revenue, or 2) target enterprises with longer sales cycles but significantly more revenue & growth potential. We decided to prioritize enterprise partnerships since we saw traction/have set meetings. We're working on the $1M+ contracts, but reaching our $1.2M goal for this Wefunder campaign will allow us to do both simultaneously. I will be hosting calls in the coming weeks and I'm happy to discuss it further then, or here if you want to drill into it further.

- Q: Can you expand on what your patents cover?
 - A: Hi Adam, I'm happy to share more about our intellectual property strategy. We keep certain aspects of our technology as trade secrets as well until the technology matures. Patent Details Audio & Video-Based Identity Verification Two of our patents provide broad coverage for the use of audio and video between two or more parties to verify identity. This method, which we call "Relationship-based verification" (or "Call a friend"), is highly effective against AI deepfakes while remaining user-friendly. Although this technology contributes to the Grape Score™ authentication which has unlimited future use cases beyond anti-spam measures, other target applications are in eSignatures, electronic notary services, and immigration. KeyCard – Hardware Verification Device Our other two patents cover our proprietary hardware verification device, the KeyCard. The KeyCard is a simple, retractable RFID tag contained within an all-metal card (which can be easily stored in a wallet, keychain, or similar). It’s designed to prevent RFID skimming and offers a low-cost, durable alternative to other physical verification devices like phones, USB dongles, keyfobs, and credit cards. The KeyCard is priced at approximately $20 (one-time purchase) and can last 5-10+ years. The replacement inserts cost around $1-$2 and can last for several months, depending on usage. Personally, I’ve been using my KeyCard for over six years without any issues. Additionally, the KeyCard integrates with our AI-powered, score-based Grape Score™ authentication system. Let me know if you have any further questions or would like more information about any aspects of our IP. Side note: We haven't launched marketing for our WeFunder campaign, but we will in the next week.
