  A: Yes we can get you copies of our financials and our 10 year financial model. We do plan on paying dividends when the company is profitable. The speakeasy is legally our tasting room, so it is all one company (so yes the speakeasy is part of what you'd be investing in).   A: Yes we will. That is part of the Reg C paperwork that we're in the process of completing with the SEC for this round.   A: Scott, Thank you for your questions. Perhaps a bit of additional background is in order here. We founded the distillery in 2008. At that time it was designed to be a small self-funded activity producing a limited amount of product. I was running another company that I also founded at that time, so this was a part-time “passion project”. We (Karen and I) self-funded the project for the first 10 years, until 2018.   A: Thank you for your questions: 1) Our production this year was roughly: 2400 cases of our “Core Brands”. These include our Gun Fighter whiskies, our Golden Moon Single Malt whiskies and our Golden Moon Gin. 950 cases of our “Select Brands”.
