Our Team

It chose me!...... I came up with this idea while playing lightsabers with my son and I built the first prototype 30 days later and the response/attention from people was overwhelming. The idea comes from my soul but my heart tells me this device also can save lives.

Smart RGB Bluetooth / WiFi Glorails

Smart Glorails are RGB light bars or lighted truck rails that glow by using diffused light instead of direct light. This feature makes our products, unlike other current automotive light bars that are too bright, legal as running lights in most states. Smart GloRails give off a mild glow effect. However, with a small change in a smartphone app, the product can convert to function as emergency vehicle lightings, such as with police or ambulances.

Smart GloRails have been developed and tested for functionality, appearance, and marketability. The specifications for assembling our products are ready for the manufacturing stage. Full financing can have us ready to begin selling Smart GloRails in less than 2 months. We have developed a full Business Plan that will guide us through the implementation stage with a manufacturing plan in development aimed at consistently improving the assembling and packaging; with continuous research and development of new or improved products.

The Smart GloRails app will be able to receive state codes regarding restricted colors and prevent their use depending on the vehicle's physical location. Ultimately the customer is responsible for following state restrictions. In the auto mode, end users can travel across state lines without worrying whether the device is legal in that state or not.

Amber Hazard GloRail Systems are also controlled using a smartphone app with safety features that allow only the end-user to access its functions. Hazard GloRails are a safety device that is ready for any emergency.

Once manufacturing is underway, we will begin by testing the market with 300 to 400 sets in the retail market to determine where to focus our marketing revenue. We will monitor the demand to refine our projections based on real market data. Once we have established our real target markets, we will focus our marketing dollars to get a greater return on our marketing investments.

Current and ongoing marketing data has shown that Smart GloRails appeal to both males and females as well as to married couples. We believe our target market is people who are automotive enthusiasts, construction companies, Game Wardens, Police, Highway Patrol, Sheriff Department, Fire and EMS, Inspectors, utility servicemen, off-road sporting enthusiasts, boat operators or captains, garbage truck drivers, semi-truck or long-haul Big Rig drivers, tow-truck drivers, motorcycle enthusiasts and more.

What is the customer problem your product is solving?

Auto manufacturers continue to look for ways of making their vehicles safer by illuminating side-views. However, current lighting is restricted to front and back with minimal sidelights. Most manufacturers created wrap-around taillights and headlamps to increase side visibility. Smart GloRails offer a solution that will allow customers the ability to increase side-visibility using our patented diffuse lighting technology. Smart GloRails installed on police or emergency vehicles also increases visibility in emergency situations. Road hazards, such as fixing a flat tire on an interstate highway, can greatly decrease the chances of accidents occurring, day or night.

Smart GloRails also offers businesses a unique and eye-catching way of advertising their business. Logo printing for use on company trucks can greatly increase its branding capabilities. Changing color or making the Smart GloRails flash to music, adds to the advertising effect.

    Detroit news

A couple of years ago, Bryan Hickman and his then-7-year-old son Aden were outside playing with lightsabers, the toy versions of the movie props made popular by the Star Wars films.

When they were finished playing, Hickman stuck the handles of the sabers into the stake-pocket holes in the rails of his pickup, and he drove around for a few nights with the sabers glowing.

“I started thinking,” he recalled, “what if you had a bed rail like that, that glowed like a lightsaber?”

Hickman started working in oil fields when he was a teenager. He was working as a directional drilling engineer in the oil fields of North Dakota when he came up with the idea for what he now calls GloRails.
