The MarketFundhomes is operating in the massive US Vacation Rental and Hotel market, providing almost endless growth opportunities for our WeFunder investor community as well as our direct investor customers. We are already operating in the massive US vacation rental and hotel market, but have started strategically planning for international offerings as well as expansions into the long-term rental markets and commercial real estate opportunities. Our Business ModelFundhomes earns money in 3 key ways:Acquisition Fees: Our 10% acquisition fee is a markup on the purchase price of the property that generates money for the parent company in order to cover the administrative costs of finding, buying, and setting up the property as well as profit. Property Management: Our ongoing property management fee is an industry low 20% for the revenue generated by the properties on behalf of property investors. This is recurring revenue that will scale with the growth of our portfolio, and that is variable to incentivize property investors and promote returns on our properties. The better we do for our property investors, the better we do for ourselves! Asset Management: The Asset Management fee is a standard industry fee applied to the total equity value of the portfolio in order to incentivize the management company to maximize the value for property investors. This low fee is applied quarterly, and will generate more and more revenue as our portfolio grows.
