- Q: Hi! Could you point me toward more info on your GTM strategy? How will From the Farm replace or complement existing grocery shopping options for consumers? How will you make FtF as convenient to consumers as their current options?
  - A: Hi Sam, From The Farm will complement, rather than replace, local grocery stores. Our platform allows local farmers to provide their products conveniently via shipping, local delivery, or pick-up based on the needs of their consumers. One of our primary goals is to reduce the distance food must travel and, in the process, increase the convenience for consumers by making the food available on their doorstep or at a local pick-up location.

Enterprise seller which will most likely include fulfillment services. These will be custom offerings based on the needs and size of the producer. *note, we do not currently have any producers at the Premium and Enterprise level because we are a start up and can not offer the value for the producer at this stage. Additional revenue will come from our From The Farm market place in the form of our affiliate partners who compliment food production and consumption. There are many more opportunities for streams of revenue that we are considering. We will let the needs of this new market influence our development. Thanks for the great questions! Let me know if you have any more?
- Q: I bought in at the $5,000 level in January. I have, as of yet, received no information about perks. Is there something I need to do? Some additional paperwork?
  - A: Hi William, thank you for the message. My apologies for the delay in getting back to you. We shipped all the perks for investors up to January 1, minus the beef orders. We are coordinating with Utah Beef Producers from Utah, and they have a special box they put together for those who invested at the perk level. It's a little complicated, as we, of course, need to ensure you are all home when we ship the frozen beef. We plan to ship all remaining perks and boxes of beef to investors by July.
- Q: Hello, I was curious when the investor perks will be sent out? Also, I am farmer in San Diego CA and I would love to spread the word about FTF and I was curious if you can provide any type handout/flyer to give out to people? Thank you!
  - A: Hi Brandon, the investor perks go out in the next few weeks! You should see those in April. Thank you so much for helping to spread the word and for reaching out. We will be designing handouts soon!
- Q: How soon after closing here will you be starting to distribute back to the investors?
  - A: Hi Sergio, distributions are set to go out quarterly starting the first quarter after the close.
- Q: Will international non-accredited shareholders be allowed to acquire equity in the start-up company in the future??
  - A: Hi George, we're currently only doing this revenue-share raise. For any future equity rounds, we will make the offer to investors from this round first. We are grateful to work with individuals who share our goals and values.
- Q: What's the price of each share of From the Farm on wefunder.com????
  - A: This round on WeFunder is a Rev share only. If we decided to offer an equity option in the future our Rev share community in this round will have first right to invest in the any future equity round.
