## Story
Follow Her is a cautionary tale that delves into the dark side of social media and one woman's alarming journey in search of "likes" and "followers." We wanted to make a compelling and commercial thriller that spins social media on its head and shows us a startling future we could be heading towards. The film is shot, it's edited, and all we need are closing funds to finish the final touches on the film. SYNOPSISStruggling actress and moderately successful live-streaming star Jess Peters, otherwise known as J-PEEPS, has found her way into the zeitgeist. By secretly filming creepy interactions she encounters via Craigslist, she uses the kinks and weirdness of others for Internet success. For her next episode, she's hired to write the ending of a screenplay which leads her to a cabin in the woods with Tom, the alluring self-proclaimed screenwriter. Upon receiving the script, Jess realizes she is the main character in the story and Tom is not at all who he seems — this is a Craigslist experience where Jess should really be afraid…OUR TEAMWe assembled an incredible team behind this project filled with talent galore. From award winners to social media phenoms, we've assembled the best of the best. The film is helmed by director/producer Sylvia Caminer, who is a two-time Emmy award winner. It was shot by the Oscar-nominated Luke Geissbuhler most notable for shooting Borat (I&II), Match and Fahrenheit 11/9.Producing the film is Michael Indjeian, owner of Giddy Productions, and Sibyl Santiago, the festival director of the Soho Film Festival in New York and Founder of Sitting Cat Productions. Legendary indie filmmaker, John Gallagher, is a Co-Executive Producer.Switch this out with a crew photoDani Barker, the creator of the successful web series Starvival turned TBS show The Unprofessionals, wrote and stars in Follow Her. Her co-lead in the film, Luke Cook, most known for his role in The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, brings with him over 735k followers increasing at a rapid rateIn addition, the cast is topped off with Mark Moses (Mad Men, Desperate Housewives, Platoon) and rising star Eliana Jones (Night Hunter, Northern Rescue).WHAT YOU GET BY CONTRIBUTINGUnlike other platforms, Wefunder allows you to become a real partner with the filmmakers as an INVESTOR. This puts the power back in the film team and allows for more original films to get made! For us to be successful we must raise a minimum of $50,000 USD. All our investors would receive their investment back + 20% and then we start sharing in the profits. For exact details on how the funds will be used, click READ MORE OF THE STORY below or scroll to the very bottom of the page. Post production is one of the most expensive parts of indie filmmaking! Being that this is a social media film, our visual effects alone cost $50,000 (Note: all funds are in USD). Similar to Kickstarter, we need a minimum amount on this platform in order to access funds. That minimum is $50,000. If we raise: $50,000Use of Proceeds:40% towards Sound Design; 15% towards Color Correction; 35% towards VFX & GFX including main title design; 2.5% towards Original Score, 7.5% towards Wefunder intermediary feeIf we raise: $120,000Use of Proceeds:20% towards Sound Design, 33% towards VFX & GFX including main title design, 6% towards Original Score, 5% towards Final Editing, 20% towards Contingency, 2% towards Travel, 6.5% towards General Expenses, 7.5% towards Wefunder intermediary feeMARKET OPPORTUNITYSince COVID-19, streaming services are hungry for more content!! On top of that, the Psychological Horror Thriller (sub-genre of Horror Movies) is BOOMING; during 2016, 1,028 movies of this genre were produced – TWICE the number made in 2006. Marketing for Classified Films LLC will be done through a variety of mediums with the Internet being the primary driver. Pre-roll advertising will contain releasing the trailers and behind the scene shorts through YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Since this is a psychological horror-thriller, the company will explore public stunts and influencer marketing they can pull to create audience interest in the movie. OUR AUDIENCEFollow Her will appeal to an adult male/female audience, 17-50 age range. Fans of psychological horror thrillers will be attracted to this film. With Luke cook attached as our male lead TOM BRADY we will be able to tap into the fan base associated with the highly successful Netflix series CHILLING ADVENTURES OF SABRINA as well as the hit CW series KATY KEANE. Follow Her anticipates that the primary audience for FOLLOW HER will be from USA, Mexico, India, China, Japan, Russian Federation, Germany, France and the United Kingdom. The cinematic approach and storyline of the film is inspired by such recent thriller successes as 10 CLOVERFIELD LANE, DON'T BREATHE and THE STRANGERS. The FOLLOW HER team has made a visually stunning film paying extreme attention to the production design, cinematography and costumes! Now in post-production we are filling out the world of the film through extensive sound design and VFX/GFX. COMPARABLESLike many low budget films, it's easier to recoup costs when budget costs are low. Some comparable films story-wise and budget-wise are: Hard Candy, Get Out, It Follows and films like Unfriended and Friend Request. Take a look at the breakdown below for approximate budget numbers. RELEVANCE / TIMINGFollow Her is a complex battle of wits while exposing a deep contrast between an addict- filled digital world and a world that exists outside of phone signals. It raises the question: At what lengths will people go to to keep people entertained and how far is too far for fame? While still striving to balance out Hollywood's age old gender inequality, we bring you this bone-thriller feature not only written by a female powerhouse but directed by one! There's no better time than now to support female filmmakers making cutting edge content that keeps you on your toes. While we desperately need equality and inclusivity to create better films, we filmmakers want the best films to be selected on merit and not on gender parity.PRESTIGE DIRECTOR PRODUCTION COMPANYDolGer Films is a very active production company based in New York and Florida. Horrorhound is great as well .ABOUT THE GENRE - PSYCHOLOGICAL THRILLER HORRORThere are all kinds of ways to frighten an audience, as the proud, diverse catalog of horror movies demonstrates, however; psychological horror is a particularly tricky technique to pull off. All of cinema is an exercise in empathy, but to drag an audience down into the pits of a disturbed mind requires vision, technical precision, and a willingness to put your viewer through absolute hell. This genre often emphasizes the unstable or delusional psychological states of its characters having a "dissolving sense of reality." It is often told through the viewpoint of psychologically stressed characters, revealing their distorted mental perceptions and focusing on the complex and often tortured relationships between obsessive and pathological characters. Psychological thrillers often incorporate elements of mystery, drama, action, and paranoia. Psychological horror relies on mental, emotional and psychological states to frighten, disturb or unsettle readers, viewers, or players. The subgenre frequently overlaps with the related subgenre of a psychological thriller, and it often uses mystery elements and characters with unstable, unreliable, or disturbed psychological states to enhance the suspense, drama, action, and horror of the setting and plot and to provide an overall unpleasant, unsettling, or distressing atmosphere.WHY INVEST IN US?Follow Her is a fresh, new concept that will jump-start a whole series of films. It's clever, well-written, unique, scary, heartfelt, and deeply disturbing posing a question of morality around: who the bad guy really is. The true horror of the film is anyone watching can easily see themselves in this situation.Indie horror movies don't need big names to make a big profit. Films like Unfriended, Dark Web and Truth or Dare are horror films made in the last few years that have profited at least ten times the amount it cost to make them - and without the use of big name talent. It's very common for an independent producer to strike a six-figure deal on a micro-budget feature, especially in this genre. Our film will deliver the realism, production value, and level of character depth of much higher-budgeted theatrically released comparable films. The relatability of the characters and their relationship, along with a dedicated cast & crew, makes for a well-executed film. The stage has been set and the live-stream has begun, are you going to join the show or watch from behind your screen? Invest in Follow Her today.

## FAQ
1. **I'd like to invest in this opportunity but don't see the option to do so via my Roth IRA with AltoIRA. Is that something you expect to make available in the coming days? (Either way, thanks for offering a chance to participate, and good luck with everything!)**
 - Hi Kenneth! We're able to accept payments via AltoIRA in a couple days. The settings haven't been initiated for Follow Her yet so one of the engineers is resolving it. If you have other questions in the meantime, feel free to set up a calendly meeting with us. Thanks!
2. **What is the breakdown of funds already raised? It looks like the total could be about $382k. How much is higher priority for repayment (debt for example) than this raise? How much of it is considered money from other "funders" as defined in the funding agreement and part of th...**
 - Hi Andrew, First off thank you so much for believing in the campaign and becoming part of our team! We very much appreciate it and look forward to including you in the very first virtual screening. Thanks also for your questions! The good news is that ALL of the money raised thus far $382K is being treated exactly the same. Currently there are no higher priority investors for repayment. The total money raised (from this funding or any other) will be put in the same pool for pro rata pari pass...
3. **i was wondering this seems to be pretty good. i was wondering have you thought about doing like some of the other companies are doing. two times payback multiple etc plus 40% of revenues etc. obviously the 40% would be split amongst investors then whatever percent of investmen...**
 - Hello John -- thank you so much for your interest in our project. We we are locked into our terms as previous to this WeFunder campaign we raised $388K and are giving all of our investors the same terms. We offer 50% rather than just 40% to our investors thus allowing our investors to have a greater share of our profits. Also a 20% return on your investment before we move into profits seems very fair. Happy to jump on a call to discuss please let us know if we can schedule a call. Thanks again!
4. **Hello, hope you are all well. I may have missed this in the presentation, if so can you reiterate the distribution plans? Thank you.**
 - Hello Eric! Thanks so much for the question and your investment in our project! In terms of distribution, we are beginning talks with producer reps and international sales agents to guide the film's path to lucrative distribution deals. Below we outline our intended approach. Domestic distribution: Secure a theatrical release (depending on the state of theaters) in advance or in concert with our VOD, SVOD and PayTV deals International distribution: Genre films are the most successful American...
5. **This movie looks like it will be awesome, I can't wait to watch it myself! Now onto the business side of things. You mention a possible sequel and subsequent other similar movies if everything goes as planned, when talking about where you will be in 5 years. Will these movies ...**
 - Hi Logan! Great question and first off thank you for already jumping on our team! We appreciate your support. This offering is just for this first film but if this campaign is successful (which we are feeling very confident about) we already plan to offer the sequel to WeFunder funding. This platform is incredibly exciting to filmmakers as it truly puts the power back in our hands! We are truly enjoying this process. Happy to answer any other questions.

## Q&A
- Q: Best of luck with this last 12 hours!! This is one of the lower risk investments out there - the film has already been made! If people are unsure I hope they check out four things about the people involved: Their IMDB pages, the reviews and even clips from their prior projects, the respectful and thoughtful way they've answered these questions, and the quality of their social media followings. As far as the latter, keep in mind that if even a relatively small fraction of the people who follow them see the movie investors here will do well!
 - A: Thank you Alan! We feel super fortunate to have you on our team and for your incredible support and belief in the project!
 - A: Thanks Alan!! So grateful you're part of this team. :) Can't wait to do a virtual cheers soon!
- Q: What is the breakdown of funds already raised? It looks like the total could be about $382k. How much is higher priority for repayment (debt for example) than this raise? How much of it is considered money from other "funders" as defined in the funding agreement and part of the same pool for pro rata and pari passu revenue participation? Also, what was the original budget for the film vs. current budget and if the budget has evolved over time, please explain the thinking behind the changes. thanks.
 - A: Hi Andrew, First off thank you so much for believing in the campaign and becoming part of our team! We very much appreciate it and look forward to including you in the very first virtual screening. Thanks also for your questions! The good news is that ALL of the money raised thus far $382K is being treated exactly the same. Currently there are no higher priority investors for repayment. The total money raised (from this funding or any other) will be put in the same pool for pro rata pari passu revenue participation. We want everyone equally to share in the film if it is successful! In terms of the budget: it has remained consistent as we were very fortunate to finish filming before Covid. Please feel free to schedule a call with us if you have additional questions or would like to consider getting involved in a bigger way. https://calendly.com/dolgerfilms
- Q: Hey team, just wondering whether there has been any revenue from all of the festivals the film was screened at last year or what the prospects look like for this year. Any timeline on streaming deals or getting into the North American market? Would be great to receive an investor update. Cheers.
 - A: Sent an update Joseph, another one coming soon!
- Q: Where can we watch now that it's been 2 years since completion and full funding?
 - A: Hi Anna! It is now out on VOD platforms in North America. Apple TV, Amazon Prime, Google Play. Try this link: https://play.google.com/store/movies/details/Follow_Her?id=rUxHsFMc5_A.P&fbclid=IwAR3P_NPu54kCAZuDWjrkcVnSDF3VU1lg78W0cLZ6RDnO8IjUWBVmzKKK8lE
- Q: Thank you Sylvia and Dani for your responses. I have made my investment. Good luck!
 - A: Thanks Joseph we truly appreciate your coming aboard!
- Q: Hi everyone, we wanted to share a candid update on Follow Her. Sorry for not updating you all sooner. The film has officially moved to AVOD, and we’re closely monitoring how it performs there. We’re staying optimistic, while also being realistic about how indie film revenue works. We want to be transparent: we, like you, are frustrated that the film has not yet generated returns. Sylvia and I have significant personal money invested in this project, and we’re actively pushing to sell the film into additional territories in order to make that money back, for ourselves and for everyone involved. As many of you know, independent films rarely recoup quickly. It can take years and often multiple distribution windows and territories before meaningful returns appear. On top of that, there are real structural challenges: distributor fees, delivery costs, and foreign sales agent commissions are taken off the top of every dollar the film earns. SAG also takes their cut. Before we even see revenue on our end, several parties take their contractual percentage, and only then do taxes and remaining expenses come into play. It makes profitability slower and tougher, even when the film is generating a small income. AVOD is one piece of a longer-term strategy, not the end of the road. We are continuing to pursue sales in additional territories and exploring other opportunities to extend the film’s lifespan. We also want to address visibility: when we saw the film available on YouTube, we immediately pushed to have it taken down, as that platform was not part of our intended release strategy. Thank you, sincerely, for your patience, trust, and continued support. We know this process can be frustrating, and we’ll continue to keep you informed as things develop.
- Q: Perhaps we investors should hire a firm specializing in forensic accounting, in order to find out just how much money this film has made.
- Q: On 1/11/2026, I sent a private message to Dani Barker via Instagram. I asked her for an update. In the early morning of 1/12/2026, she said, "I'll try to send out an update tomorrow." In the early morning of 1/19/2026, I said to her that I was still waiting for her update. So, it seems that the people in charge of this movie are ghosting the investors.
- Q: On 12/19/2025, I sent an email to Dani Barker, asking for an update for investors. On 1/1/2026, I sent a private message to the Facebook page for this film, asking for an update for investors. Also on 1/1/2026, I sent a private message to Sylvia Caminer via Twitter/X, asking for an update for investors. I have not received any responses at all.
- Q: Please tell me that us Investors will at least be receiving some $ soon? This project was awesome and won so many awards...so it's frustrating that almost 5 years later there is no light at the end of the tunnel or updates as to when we might receive some of our funds back. I think everyone would appreciate at least a summary of the financials at this point and an estimate as to when it might break even and Investors might start to see some of our funds back...
- Q: I’m not sure if these questions are still being monitored, but it’s been over a year since since the last update and I was curious if there was any news from 2024. Thank you. :)
- Q: Kind of a random question but, is there anyway I could please get copy of the film poster that's signed by Dani and Sylvia?
- Q: Am I too late? I just found you this morning and would love to invest.
 - A: Hi Richard and thanks for reaching out! I am sorry you missed our official weFunder campaign. We would be happy to discuss and answer questions feel free to email us at followherfunding@gmail.com
- Q: I'm interested because I've always had a extremely high fascination with how movies are made,I can watch behind the scenes stuff all day, lol. My question is unlike a buisness startup are you only allowed to accept a certain amount of investors/money? Twice I've invested last of my savings only to be "cancled" do to over subscription and SEC rules and would like to invest what was just cancled into something new but I see your past your 50k mark and don't want to spend it if I'm gonna be rejected in the end..again. The movie looks very good, well written and I'm a guy who scares more to real life fears over zombies or ghosts and to be a part of this as my 1st adventure in funding a film project makes it very much worth it. I've been a follower (Pun not intended) waiting on stimulus check or I'd invested earlier but I really didn't think it was gonna pass. Hope to invest before the close tomorrow night, either or good luck. Wish there were more film share projects on here with your tastes.
 - A: Wow we just saw the alert for your question now!! What amazing timing! Thanks for reaching out Kevin! We’d love you to join our team. We’d be over the moon to reach our target budget of $82,000 or get a bit closer. There is a cap on our budget but hitting the full $82K is accounted for. Please reach back out if you have more questions and we would be happy to hop on a call in the remaining hours.
 - A: Hi Kevin, we'd love to have you on board! Hopefully you get our messages in time. :) So happy you reached out and please let us know if you have more questions!
- Q: Hey Dani. Thanks for the updates. I appreciate it.
 - A: Of course!
