## FAQ
1. **What's your exit?**
 - Hi Baron, we're considering two exit strategies at the moment: (1) an IPO, if FluentWorlds continues to see major increases in revenue and adoption over the coming years or (2) acquisition by a large player in the language or education industries. If you'd like to chat further, feel free to reach out to me at david.bradford@fluentworlds.com
2. **Do you intend to pay a dividend after the SAFEs convert?**
 - Craig - great question. Happy to get on a call to discuss. You can email me at david.bradford@fluentWorlds.com to set up a time. In general, technology companies are not dividend paying until they get to a much larger size and are public traded. We will definitely consider a dividend when we are public.
3. **Wow! Your company sounds amazing! I'm literally sitting here trying to figure out where I can pull extra money from to invest more than my typical private company allocation into your company. I still have to read your Form C in detail, but so far this looks like a winner! I g...**
 - Thanks for your kind words LaFoy. You have expressed much of what others have said. Recently, the CEO of another language Training Company, said to me: "I hope you realize you are changing the world of language learning forever." Yes- Form C will tell you more but this in 2017 we did 40 K and in 2018 we did 180K. BUT this is an important note. We have ONLY SOLD to native Spanish speakers thus far. . . .the more lucrative markets are in China, Japan, Korea, Brazil, Russia, etc...
4. **Hi, how did you come up with the $6.5 million valuation? Thanks**
 - First, I have been in the computer industry for nearly 40 years. I understand valuations and I know personally the power of operating leverage with software platforms. We have spent nearly $6 Million just building the most advance language training system in the world. You as an investor are the beneficiary of our personal investments. Plus, this company is already producing revenue where for every dollar we spend on Marketing, we get $2-$2.50 back in terms of sales. Once we s...
5. **Why you value your business on 5.5 millions I think the right value is 500K$ can you please give reasons why you valued at 5.5 millions?**
 - Thanks Waled. Several reasons. First - We have created $5 Million in 3d digital assets already. Those are hard dollars spent on the creation of our virtual immersion platform. Second - No one does what we do. DuoLingo does have apps and recently raised money at a market value of $720 Million! But FluentWorlds is the more highly rated App and we have spent 1/20th the amount on development. They do flashcards; We actually immerse the user is a series of virtual worlds where they can l...

## Q&A
- Q: Hi, I’m ready to invest today, but I notice that the $5.5 mm valuation is longer available although Wefunder doesn’t show that the goal of $150k has been reached... Please advise. $6.5 mm is still a great valuation, but $5.5 mm is obviously better. Thank you.
 - A: LaFoy - I think you meant to say that the "$5.5 M valuation is NO longer available." Having said that, I am showing $139K raised - which is a bit short of the $150K. Although, to be sure, I have folks that have told me they will be putting in money to get us over the 150. So my advice, invest as soon as possible and hope for the lower valuation. I just can't guaranty the lower valuation at this point. It could be that someone has already invested through WeFunder with more than 11 k but that there is a delay between their actual moment of investment and when it actually show up on the WeFunder web page. Thanks for your confidence!
- Q: Hi David - Great business model and traction numbers. Can you please explain though why you have such a large growing net loss? Also, I see that it's listed on the App Store as "free" with "in-app purchases". Is there a free version people can use and then add to it with different subscription levels? Or is it a free download but then you have to pay the subscription to actually use it? Please explain that aspect in a little more detail. Thanks!
 - A: Hello Dean - I like people from Wisconsin - nicest people on earth. Thanks for your interest in Fluentworlds. In terms of the loss, that has been intentional on our part as it took significant, personal dollars on our part to build what is the best and most innovative language training system in the world. No one does Vr/Ai/3D IMMERSIVE language training. It was expensive to build. And you, Dean. along with our other new investors are all the beneficiaries of all of that personal investment. The Technology and platform are now fully built. Now it is just marketing dollars we need to go into China, Japan, Korea, Brazil, etc. Of course, we will continue to innovate. We have only scratched the surface. But in the end, our absolute goal is to run a great, profitable cash-flowing business. The beauty of software is that you get substantial operating leverage. In other words, I don't have to add a bunch of salaries or capital costs as we scale. On your second question, we have done extensive A/B/C testing. Here is the subscription model that has worked best: Downloading FluentWorlds and now Perfect Accent is free. In the case of FluentWorlds, you get to play the first 2 of 55 virtual adventures for free. Then a credit card request pops up to the user and says . . ."Hey - do you want to play the other 53 adventures? If so, click here to subscribe." When they subscribe, all aspects of the App are opened up to them including a "Find It Game", 53 added adventures like an airport, hotel and even Virtual Las Vegas- also A dictionary etc. In the case of Perfect Accent, the user gets to practice 25 sentences for free until a credit card request is made.
- Q: After reading your Form C, I am definitely going to invest! Please disregard my question concerning the run rate as of February or March. The Form C answered it for me and I totally understand... I do still, however, wish to know projected revenue for the full year 2019. Thank you!
- Q: Hey, Just wondering the status of our investment. I invested $1k in 3/2019, but have not heard anything in a few years.
- Q: Why the company is not updating investors here or directly via say an e-mail list in spite of doing well in the market?
- Q: Why the company is updating investors here or directly via say an e-mail list in spite of doing well in the market?
- Q: Any news?
 - A: Good afternoon Thamer. Thank you for your interest! An update should be sent to you today (I believe via email), and you should see an update on FluentWorlds' Wefunder page.
- Q: Wonderful - Thank you very much for the update!!!
 - A: Happy to do it, Timothy!
- Q: There didn’t appear to be a response to Jay Jiang’s question appended below dated July 22nd, and I was also wondering when to anticipate receiving the Perks mentioned in your campaign? Additionally, will we & the people we distribute the perk apps to be able hold off and use them when your Spanish & Mandarin updates are completed, or are they only intended for English? Thanks for any feedback/updates that you can provide.
 - A: Your question is timely. We just made a final close of all the investments last Friday the 13th of September. We are now putting together the list of Perks to send out to people. Also - we are now raising additional capital from other sources to "flip" the App to have it teach people how to speak Spanish . . . then Mandarin.
- Q: Excellent - Thank you for the quick response, Sir - it is Greatly Appreciated!!!
- Q: Have you considered getting Timothy Doner or other members of your team to demonstrate the FluentWorlds app at any of the upcoming Polyglot Conferences, Polyglot Gatherings, LangFests, etc.…, or even having FluentWorlds being one of their sponsors? Tim is very well known in the Language Learning Community, so I’m sure that even if he were to just mingle at those venues, some of the Language bloggers like Kris Broholm, Founder of the Actual Fluency Podcast, would request interviews with him, and he would be able to tout the app - giving it a lot of exposure. Oh well, just a thought from a Polynot.
 - A: Hi Timothy - we definitely will be looking into ways to work with the polyglot community, especially when it comes to conferences and podcasts. Thanks for your great idea!
- Q: in your explanation you say that Fluent Worlds pays facebook to provide consumer info on interested customers. Might the recent governmental review have an adverse effect on this?
- Q: I like this app. and invested 1k. How do I redeem my perks? Thanks.
- Q: What do I get out of investing in your company?
 - A: thanks for the question. You will be reliving the right to own Stock in the Company
- Q: Hi David, love the product and traction! Whats your best guess on how long it takes you to recover the cost of acquiring a new user?
 - A: Great Question, Nam. It is between 75 and 100 days to recover the cost. Best- David
 - A: Thank you for your investment!
