All you have to do is sign up and invest. What is the minimum amount I can invest?$100.What's the maximum I am legally allowed to invest?Through Regulation Crowdfunding everyone can invest at least $2,200. How much you're able to invest above that depends on your net income and net worth. Just so you know, this only applies to first investments.Fees are one-time and are not reoccurring. How will I make a return on my investment, and when? We’re not able to make lots of future projections, but we have big ambitions for the company. If we have a successful exit in the future (like an IPO, merger, or acquisition) for more than that amount, you’ll see a return on your investment. In the future depending on our level of success we may also have the potential to offer dividends. Where can I ask a question? You can ask any questions you have in the “Ask A Question” section of this page. How and when do I get my perk?Realistically not until at least 60 days after the campaign is fully closed. ## Q&A
- Q: There are some super important things to know as an potential investor you must answer. Is there properly trained medical staff on the premise than can perform CPR or administer medicine if for example airsoft fatty had a heart attack? The man fell down the stairs he could have broke an ankle or fell on someone or anything. Is there a room that is prank free that acts as kind of a medical unit? Is there a professional security staff available on site to stop unwanted guest from crashing the show for example? Is the streamer house complicit with OSHA guidelines? Is there a contract contestants must agree to in that states who is responsible for safety. If we own a part of this house, what happens to our share value if a contestant sues fishnet for onsite injuries? What happens to investors if the house gets damaged to the point the repairs cost more than the house? Does Fishnet have a film permit for Swansea Massachusetts? What happens if the neighborhood complains to their local government to shut the show down? New England is known for intense snow storms, what happens if all the power is lost during a storm? Subscribers are going to be furious if its down for a long time. Your not just live streamers now but a legal corporation with investors. What if youtube bans fishtank? Do you background check these contestants, you could be liable to get sued if you put a convicted violent felon around one of these young streamers and get sued if they rape a contestant for example. Why would someone purchase the show when they can make a better version? What happens if your Coke and Pepsi comes in rather a show purchaser? Are you going to sell ads on the show or sponsorships, perhaps have contestants wear nascar like jackets with paid sponsors? Who is the main attorney dealing with the show? You need to have a lawyer ready to talk to 24/7 for any problems. Theres infinite possibilities, that make this a good idiea, but also ALOT of legal stuff I dont think is being looked after. I dont think the owners of Fishnet understand the legal issues that come with this.
 - A: 1. Yes medical on call. 2. Yes there is office downstairs. 3. Yes OSHA. 4. Yes there are contracts. 5. You have no liability or exposure. You don't individually own the house. You have exposure to the asset that's all. 6. We have insurance and damages are factored in. 7. It's not in swansea 8. That's not possible. It's private streaming in a private house. We are already working with local authorities 9. We have backups both internet and power 10. We don't need youtube at all. The whole infrastructure is independent 11. Yes we do do background checks. Everyone signs intense waivers 12. It's not that simple to make a better version 13. Advertising will come in at some point yes 14. We can't disclose that but they are good. Thanks for the thoughtful questions.
- Q: The property owner of 319 High Street Swansea MA which is the Streaming house is connected to Jun Zhang & ZI Qian. SRC (https://gis.vgsi.com/swanseama/Parcel.aspx?pid=100851) There are multiple articles online that links Zi Qian to money laundering and other sketchy stuff regarding immigrants. SRC (https://www.centralmaine.com/2011/11/18/restaurant-owner-under-scrutiny_2011-11-17/) SRC (https://www.pressherald.com/2011/11/18/network-of-restaurants-broke-laws-officials-say_2011-11-18/) SRC (https://www.bangordailynews.com/2013/06/05/news/bangor/ex-manager-of-brewer-chinese-buffet-pleads-guilty-to-employing-harboring-undocumented-workers/) SRC (https://www.sunjournal.com/2012/04/18/federal-prosecutor-seeks-153000-cash-seized-chinese-buffets-lewiston-waterville-bangor/) SRC (https://www.mainebiz.biz/article/feds-seek-money-from-raided-restaurant-owners) SRC (https://caselaw.findlaw.com/court/us-1st-circuit/1704564.html) What role do these individuals have in Fishnet Inc, and do they have any affiliation with Fishnet Inc, besides being listed as the property owners? Are they part of the cast? Are they handling any money from any investors? What exactly is their role in Fishnet Inc? This is alot of money and its very risky investing into a company using a property owned by people accused of money laundering. Is Fishnet Inc planning on purchasing the house from them with donation money?
 - A: None. We aren't using that house again.
- Q: Will you be submitting balance sheets, income and cash flow statements quarterly, including the previous seasons? Also, as a concern, as a Delaware C corp, wouldn't you need to have 80% of assets in Delaware along with being able to only sell to Delaware residents with unregistered securities? Please note as this is a precaution, as SEC rule 147 along with SEC rule 144 walking the line of violation. Final note, please keep in mind that not adequately disclosing risks is an offense as well. Thank you, Adam
 - A: Yes financials will be submitted in November. We will be filing Form-C. No issue with Delaware C-corp.
 - A: We will be filing Form-C soon; under Regulation Crowdfunding, that allows us to take investments from accredited and unaccredited investors. Not sure you have read the Wefunder regulation docs? Currently we are in the 'testing the waters period' https://help.wefunder.com/#/investor/getting-started-for-investors
- Q: Will Shareholders be allowed time with Josie? As a Shareholder I believe this to be the greatest way to give Shareholders value.
- Q: You have an unusual amount of random Asians on your show. Do they have any relation to the Asian person whom owns the actual streaming house in Swansea, MA? Are any of the random Asians affiliated with the property owner who was accused of money laundering and harboring Chinese immigrants? This is sketchy as a potential investor to know that the guy that owned the streamer house is involved in weird shit.
- Q: This screams grift. You know deep down you will never go public or be able to sell the IP. Its super disingenuous to sell this as an investment. You'd think you'd actually have real perks rather than just you get a few emails each year. For the first time I'm pissed off by Sam/Jet
 - A: That's not true. Dividends are also possible. Cheer up sir
- Q: disclamer guys I invested my entire retirement fund in this company, anyways why arent you also investing all your money you broke ass bitch.
- Q: If one of the contestants where to break the law, get injured, cause some kind of detrimental catastrophe, die or sue Fishnet Inc. for some type of damage What would happen to investors? There was recently a obese obviously mentally challenged person on the show that could be a liability. What if that persons family said he was being taken advantage of. Do the contestants such as the retarded guy have to sign papers with a parent or something?
 - A: Everyone signs extensive waivers to participate.
- Q: Why am I such a little bitch ?
 - A: You know.
- Q: how much do i need to invest to own all the weed that gets taken away from the contestants
- Q: Will there be some kind of security team at the streamer house? Seams stupid to invest in this if there is no professional security at the streamers house.
 - A: There is for sure
- Q: Is this a scam to basically crowd fund purchasing a house in Swansea, MA for Sam Hyde? Kai Cenat is also doing a similar Jail live show so Fishtank not super unique. Is every season going to be filmed in the same house over and over again. I could imagine that viewers would get bored of the same house after a few seasons.
 - A: It won't always be the same house each season even if we do buy a house.
- Q: If I only put in 100 dollars with the intention of proving to my family that I know what im doing with money and I successfully make profits and continually reinvest all profits back into fishtank.live and other associated products, can I keep making you money??? 0_0 >_< 0_0
- Q: So, do you guys plan to try and improve the mainstream appeal of the brand or are you going to try and really dig down into a more rabid cult fanbase? Also, what are you planning to do with the money you raise?
 - A: Hey Andrew, Financials and Form-C: https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/2000911/000167025423001034/0001670254-23-001034-index.htm
- Q: How many shares would we get at this current stage at 100 minimum? Just doing some math (and failing terribly), trying to figure out what the most optimal route is. Also, what is the current valuation of Fishtank? People have said that if you put in 100$, it'd take until a valuation cap of 75mil valuation cap to be effectively double, just trying to fig out how all this works. Thanks!
