## FAQ
1. **I read the Film Finance Agreement. Three quick questions: (1) If I invest, is the security I receive called a "Financier Fund" security?, (2) If I invest, where on the balance sheet does my investment live? Asset or Liability?, and (3) What will my investment be called or name...**
   - Hi Re, thank you for reading through our finance agreement. Great questions, I've got answers: 1) our film will call securities a "revenue participation agreement". 2) Your accountant will know for sure, but typically the cash received will sit as an asset and the outstanding principle will sit as a liability. 3) What your investment will be named in the balance sheet is mostly up to their accountant. Happy to answer any other questions you might have, don't hesitate to reach out.
2. **Hello good day , I wanted to inquire about the investment terms in regards to the Net Profits ; are investors expected to obtain 50 % of the net profits in perpetuity ? or for a fixed time ? Also how much longer will the campaign go ? will it be around after the new year ?**
   - Hi Gregory, great questions. Investors will receive %50 of all net profits in perpetuity. So if the film finds a sudden surge in viewership several years down the road, you are also entitled to that revenue as well. Sometimes that does happen if an actor or director comes out with a hit tv show or film and audiences want to see their previous work. That being said, we anticipate most of the profit to me made within the first 2 years after the completion of the film. And yes, the campaign will...
3. **Will you also submit producer credits to IMDb**
   - Hi Ty, Great question. All associate producers, co-producers and executive producers will be listed on IMDb. Credit where credit is due :) If any other questions arise, feel free to reach out!
4. **Is there a timeline for the film production (pre production, production and post production) available?**
   - Hi Mark, Yes indeed! There is a timeline slide in our pitch deck which can be found by scrolling down the page at https://wefunder.com/finalinterview. But in short, we’re currently sending offers to actors now and anticipating shooting in late summer/early autumn of 2024 and then releasing it in 2025. Hope that answers your question. Feel free to reach out with any other inquiries you have!
5. **Hello good day , can i get a breakdown of how i would calculate the Net profits distribution as well how to properly calculate the % of ownership for the film itself . I saw on the pitch that whatever an investor initially invests is the portion he/she owns but i just wanted t...**
   - Hi Gregory, great question! Investing in our film means you are an equity investor and will participate in a revenue share. It is the same model as other films on Wefunder (Seance, Scrap, Frankie's Story, etc). The moment the film begins to any profit, the investor will begin to receive a portion of that profit depending on the amount invested. The first %120 of the net profit goes only to the investors, after which the producers and investors will split any further profits on a 50/50 basis. ...

## Q&A
- Q: I read the Film Finance Agreement. Three quick questions: (1) If I invest, is the security I receive called a "Financier Fund" security?, (2) If I invest, where on the balance sheet does my investment live? Asset or Liability?, and (3) What will my investment be called or named in the balance sheet?

- Q: Wondering on any updates, over the year?
  - A: Hi Ty, we've been going back and forth with several agents and managers to secure the best name talent possible to ensure this film is marketable. We are very close to securing our lead actor. The moment it's official, we will make sure to let all investors know. As always, we really appreciate your patience.
- Q: Are the new investment terms limited to the 6% promissory note? Are new investors still eligible to receive the 120% recoupment + 50% of further net profit?
  - A: Hi Upendra, thanks for your question! New investors are definitely eligible to receive the 120% recoupment + 50% of further net profit. The 6% promissory note investment term was a temporary typo on the Wefunder platform but has been corrected as of today. Happy to answer any other questions you might have!
- Q: Can you share your thoughts on how often you will update us on how things are progressing with your goals and business plan? Secondly, do you intend to file the annual report with the SEC? Thanks for your feedback.
  - A: Hi Eric, Great questions. At the moment we are still casting the film but once we are in the pre-production phase, the various remaining stages of the film will progress much quicker. There is a reason why films get mired in what is called "development hell". Once we hit pre-production, we will update investors via Wefunder and also email. You are putting faith in us and want you to join us at every step along the way. We are anticipating filing annual reports to the SEC along with making our annual financial reports visible on the Wefunder platform. Please let us know if you have any other questions, we're happy to answer them!

- Q: Hello good day , can i get a breakdown of how i would calculate the Net profits distribution as well how to properly calculate the % of ownership for the film itself . I saw on the pitch that whatever an investor initially invests is the portion he/she owns but i just wanted to ask to clarify of course -Thanks for your time

For further clarity, there is a "Hypothetical Investment Return" slide in our pitch deck that illustrates this model even better. I hope that answers your question, feel free to reach out others you might have.
