## Q&A
- Q: What were your actual sales in 2019 and 2020? Who are your main customers? What product(s) make up the largest percentage of your sales? Also, I see some questions below that haven't been answered that I'd also like to see answers to if you don't mind. Thanks!
 - A: Hello Alicia, Thank you so much for your continued support as an investor. Our sales for 2019 and 2020 can be found within our Form C filing, which was recently reviewed by CPA, Becky Gibbs. MAIN CUSTOMERS: Our major clients in 2020 during quarantine restrictions were retail outlets such as Total Wine & More and Bevmo. A press released related to this was made on Jan 27th, 2020, link posted here: https://wefunder.com/updates/141313-alcohol-sales-booming-for-fuego-fino-as-large-retailers-show-support-for-women-led-alcohol-distributors MAJOR PRODUCTS: Tequila and agave spirits products make up the majority of our sales for 2020. QUESTIONS: Our goal is to give everyone an opportunity to take in the same information, and for compliance reasons, we like to cover the answers to questions within our form C filings, our annual report filed with the SEC, and by way of press releases which are featured on our "Updates page." Notice of that update is also given to all investors by way of emails so that each has an alert related to the development.
- Q: Lower to $250 minimum and I’m in. Either way good luck!
 - A: Chris, Thank you for the support, unfortunately, there is no way to change minimum investment once it is filed. Please keep a lookout for us and what we have going. We are a results-orientated campaign, focused on moving our feet and not our lips. Blessing to you.
- Q: You had mentioned bringing in celebrities to help build brand & marketing. Can you give us some examples of this?
 - A: Hi Craig, Let me start out by stating that: At this time we do not have any Celebrities who are working with us. Examples of celebrities who are currently branding liquors are most notably: George Clooney and Ryan Reynolds. We have worked with this type of marketing model as consultants in the past, and it is more about matching the right personality with the right brand. Many celebrities have the power to make an audience at least try their products, why not reach back to products from their roots. A more important trend is that consumers only buy a celebrity brand one time to have it on their shelves. This usually occurs because the quality is not there. Many celebrities simply push whatever the producer thinks is good, and unfortunately, that is not what the consumer wants. Worse, they buy into the awards arena -- which to us is a bad joke -- because most awards are given to everyone that pays for them -- pay less get a bronze, pay more get a gold. In terms of our own plans, as you know we are results orientated and release news based upon agreements, rather than discussions, so please continue to follow our updates.
- Q: Hi, what are the revenues of the company? Thanks!
 - A: Hi Tim, Please see our financials, which are filed within our Form C. Thank you.
- Q: Hi Jessica, Thank you for taking the time to reply to my previous comment. If you don't mind, I have more questions? 1. What made you choose to fund your company with crowdfunding as opposed to more traditional methods such as Business loans, Venture Capital, etc? 2. How do you plan on generating and providing a return to investors are you planning to pay dividends or some other form of profit/revenue sharing etc. in the future? 3. What is your end game exit strategy for the company are you hoping to go public on a major exchange or preparing to make yourself a take over target and be brought out? Realistically how long do you think it will take to get there? 4. In the offering statement it mentions you would be doing an additional round of funding. Would current and previous investors be able to participate in any future funding rounds? 5. Are you intending to focus and grow your presence on social media? Noticed while looking through the links on the company website twitter and here that there are multiple accounts but they don't much engagement or relevance to the company. 6. One of the risk factors stated lack of management staff leaving most of the work on you. Are you planning to hire additional staff and if so when will this occur? 7. What mistakes have you made thus far in this business and what have you learned? 8. Have you ever been fired from a job? If so tell us about it. 9. What if three or five years down the road something happens and shareholders think you’re not the right person to continue running this company—how will you address that? 10. If you only meet the minimum during your Wefunder campaign how long can the company stay afloat before becoming defunct? 11. How is business holding up with closure of bars and restaurants? How has the restrictions on capacity affected sales and operations?
- Q: What are the product brand names and will they be listed on the website? Also, are there plans to allow customers to purchase items online through the website directly or through a third party?
 - A: Hello George, We are B2B, so our position is to source great brands and distribute them to retailers. For example, one of our clients is alcohol retail chain Bevmo -- which was recently acquired by the delivery app GoPuff -- whose sales are almost entirely online. For some insight into the US alcohol industry -- post-prohibition laws require retailers to purchase from a distributor. This is why you won't see a popular Tequila brand open a restaurant that sells Tequila -- a great idea -- but simply not legal in most cases. The laws give and they take, and in the position of our Arizona wholesale unit, they give us a cut of sales of products we distribute in that state -- no matter if they are made online or in-store, or at the bar -- we get our slice. Because we do not sell to the general public, our websites are mainly focused on what we do as a company in terms of branding and distribution. Thank you again for your continued support.
- Q: How many shares are outstanding and do you plan to dilute them?
 - A: Alan, We like to make sure that we cover these questions within our filings, please see our form C for the most recent information related to our Capitalization table.
- Q: do you distill your beverage in Mexico?
 - A: Alan, Thank you for taking the time to ask. As an Importer, Yes, some of our products are distilled in Mexico.
