After months of hard work we successfully opened our second ticketed experience, LMNL, on December 20/21 (grand opening and opening party) and December 22 (first day open for public). Customer feedback has been enthusiastic, sharing on social is very strong (https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/lmnl/?hl=en), and we since have had significant lines every time we open. Our average daily gross ticket sales has increased to $22,000 (average between 12/17 and 12/23), it has been lower than during Christmas on the 24th and 25th (we were closed both days). We are working on optimizing our systems and processed such that we can handle 1,500+ guests on a week end day well and in a way that minimizes wait times.
