Two Types of Businesses. Two Profit Centers. One Vision. Over the past several months, we have carefully evaluated the challenges of financing our original superyacht concept. We concluded that asking investors to simultaneously finance the development of a sophisticated 70-meter vessel, establish Caribbean operations, introduce a new hospitality category, and support an ambitious expansion strategy was simply asking them to accept too many risks at once.Consequently, we have decided to restructure the sequence of our development into two distinct phases.Phase 1 — Electric Marine MobilityWe are launching L’esprit's Caribbean operations with Candela P-12 electric hydrofoil water taxis, beginning in Aruba. This allows us to establish revenue-generating marine operations, develop customer relationships, and demonstrate our ability to manage and expand a sustainable maritime business.Phase 2 — The L’esprit SuperyachtWith an established operating, revenue generating, business, we intend to return to the development and financing of our 70-meter luxury superyacht, incorporating the designs that Lloyd Werft Yacht Builders and 3DELUXE helped us create.Attract InvestorsWe believe this phased approach significantly improves our ability to attract investment capital while establishing the operational foundation needed to support the larger superyacht project.Importantly, we have not abandoned our superyacht vision.
