We are getting very close to the $500k mark on our Wefunder campaign, and we need your help to push us over the line!Reaching $500k unlocks a massive perk on the platform: Wefunder will feature us in a dedicated newsletter sent to their investor database. This exposure is key to helping us raise more, so every dollar right now has an outsized impact.A quick update on what we’ve been up to: VC Fundraising: We’ve been quieter here since September because I’ve been heads-down working to raise a large equity round from institutional venture capital funds alongside our Wefunder community round (similar to what we did in our last 2023 round). It’s a time-consuming process of 1-on-1 meetings, but those conversations are well underway. We intend to close the Wefunder offering before completing the institutional financing. Legal disclosure : Completion of that financing is not guaranteed, and the closing date could come before we reach our Wefunder round target. Major Physics Breakthrough: In the last two weeks, we achieved a major AI-assisted physics breakthrough! We are currently reviewing the data to ensure there are no errors and building a small prototype to validate the results in our facility. What this means for Airthium: This breakthrough will make our machine vastly more power-dense for the same size, dramatically lowering our costs and accelerating the development of the entire system.
