AI is a hot word in business right now. But using AI to write an email is very different from building your business around it.I wanted to show you what that looks like at VADE.In the video above, I walk through the operating system we’ve been building to bring the company together—from customer care and fulfillment to marketing, advertising, finance, production, and capital planning. As a founder, I’ve worked in every one of those areas. I know how much time can disappear switching between accounts, finding information, and trying to understand how one decision affects everything else. That’s the problem I wanted to solve. One place to understand the business and work on it.The first thing you’ll see is the VADE Brain. It’s probably my favorite visual part of the system, but the connections are the important part.Advertising doesn’t happen in isolation. It affects customer acquisition, margins, inventory, fulfillment, and cash. The system makes those relationships easier to see and work through. You can move from the big picture into a department, examine the information behind a recommendation, and start working on the next step. For advertising, that means looking beyond which post got the most attention. We can review creative assets and historical performance, work through acquisition costs, and compare those costs with what an order actually contributes after product and fulfillment costs. Then we can turn that analysis into an editable test proposal—with creative, copy, audience, and budget together. For finance and growth planning, we can change assumptions and immediately see how the forecast moves. We can also compare a baseline capital scenario with additional investment and examine how that changes the modeled production and revenue path. That’s much more useful than a spreadsheet that tells you what happened last month and stops there. This is where AI becomes part of running the company. The work doesn’t disappear into another conversation. Research, recommendations, drafts, and decisions stay connected to the department where they belong, so we can pick up from what we’ve already learned. My goal is to spend less time piecing the business together and more time improving it.We’re continuing to build this out, and I’m genuinely excited about the foundation it gives VADE: a leaner way to operate, clearer decisions, and a better understanding of what needs to happen next.Watch the walkthrough above. I’d love to hear which part stands out to you.And to everyone following and supporting VADE, thank you. This is a look at the work happening behind the scenes to build a stronger company.
