I'm excited to share that we are at an incredibly potent moment in the growth of FUDI Protein. We've produced protein at pilot scale, and we're currently building a team to run food science and functionality tests, engineering design and optimisation, and product development work to help customers understand how to use RuBisCO. All of this will help us get to the next milestone, which is producing large volumes of samples for all of the customers that have expressed interest.We've surpassed our first goal of fundraising on WeFunder, and intend to continue raising through this community round while we build relationships with institutional investors in parallel. All of this is to say, that as we grow, the harder it will be to keep the appealing terms that we currently have.
