Hi Sempresto Community,I'm Scott Hollander. During the day I serve as COO of Sempresto. And as some of you may know, one night a week, I'm a volunteer EMT in Hopewell, New Jersey. On shift, we respond to a variety of emergency 911 calls. When dispatched for a respiratory call, my mind always prepares for possible anaphylaxis. Radio dispatches are not always accurate and you don't really know until you arrive on scene. In my responses to true anaphylaxis patients, no one had their epinephrine autoinjector with them and they have all called from their cell phones. This is true whether at home, in the car or hiking in the woods.Today 7 out of 10 patients do not have an epi autoinjector available at the time of an allergic reaction. That’s the reason Sempresto exists. We're developing a phone-mounted auto-injector that makes it easy to always have epinephrine on you. Rescue medicine doesn't help if you don't have it when needed.I've spent 25+ years running medtech and pharma companies, four times as CEO or COO. None of that changes what I see on Wednesday nights. This is why I am with Sempresto. Once approved I personally believe this will help bring rescue medicines where they are needed - with the patient.I'm proud to be part of this team, and I'd love for you to be part of it too.Invest, or share this campaign with someone it may resonate with → wefunder.com/sempresto ScottScott HollanderCOO and Volunteer EMTSempresto
