I'm excited to share that this week and next week mark major milestones in the growth of FUDI Protein! We're going into our 2nd and 3rd weeks of pilot production of protein, and couldn't be more excited to produce protein for internal testing and for sharing with MASSIVE global customers who are expressing daily demand for our RuBisCO protein! Context:In order to accomplish all of the important things we need to accomplish over the winter going into 2027 (solidify B2B customer interest among large food and bev companies, design our scaled-up commercial process, work on regulatory approval with the FDA, and, importantly, raise more capital), we need to get as many samples of our protein as possible into the hands of interested parties. That's what this week and next week are all about. Here are a few images and a video that show the alfalfa collection process in the midwest: That last one, with the blue buckets, is the beauty shot. Beautiful green alfalfa about to be turned into the world's most powerful protein. We couldn't be more excited.
