I’m currently preparing for a trip back to Cambodia to conduct on-the-ground market research and explore early international partnerships.Here’s what’s on the docket: Operator Meetings: Sitting down with established internet cafe owners in Cambodia to discuss potential partnership opportunities and explore how waste-heat recovery could fit into their energy overhead. Operational Scouting: Observing high-volume cafe workflows, customer turnaround times, and real-world hardware stress in hot ambient environments. Translating Insights: Applying those operational benchmarks directly into our layout and thermal design for Pilot #1 of The Heat Exchange Cafe & Noodle Bar. Understanding how high-density venues operate at scale—and where their real pain points lie—ensures our flagship showroom is built for maximum efficiency and profitability from day one.Thank you for your continued support as we build out this vision.
