I want to share a piece of industry news from this week, because it says a lot about where Axiom is headed.Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals just signed a deal to acquire an FDA Priority Review Voucher, a designation that cuts a drug's FDA review time from ten months to six. Arrowhead plans to use it to speed the expanded approval of their approved therapy, REDEMPLO. The price was $215 million, with recent vouchers being sold for $150 million to over $200 million, including Jazz Pharmaceuticals' $200 million sale earlier this year and Fortress Biotech's $205 million sale last year.Here's why that matters for us:Axiom currently holds two FDA Rare Pediatric Disease Designations, and each one carries the potential to earn its own Priority Review Voucher upon approval. Combined, we estimate that value at roughly $400 million, and it is entirely non-dilutive.
