We're excited to share that we signed a letter of intent with Centennial Yards Company — a subsidiary of CIM Group and the master developer of Centennial Yards, a 50-acre project in downtown Atlanta. The letter covers nodes in their Entertainment District, measuring how people and vehicles move through the space, which areas actually get used, and how much a given event lifts all of it.And if that weren't enough there is a second piece to Atlanta. We have an agreement with Georgia Power Company that allows us to put our equipment on their streetlight poles, and we have poles in the works along Centennial Olympic Park Drive, on the same block as the Centennial Yards property. Here is why we're focused on this street. Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena and the Live Nation venue at Centennial Yards all sit along it, and between them that is better than 220 events a year. A lot of people moving through this block, on a repeating schedule. It is hard to think of a better place to find out what this infrastructure is worth. So inside a few blocks you get both halves of the model. Nodes on utility poles in the public street. Nodes inside a private development. Same corridor, two ways in, one kind of infrastructure. That is the pattern we think repeats, and Atlanta is where we find out.The next agreement is the commercial license with Centennial Yards, and it is still being negotiated so I am not going to characterize terms that are not signed. So here is the shape of it. We fund the proof. If the proof holds up, scaling it looks different than it does today.Which answers a fair question about this raise: what is the money for? These nodes. And New Orleans, which keeps running in the public right-of-way where there is no property owner writing a check. We close on September 16, and this is the last time we raise on this contract. If you are already in, you are a large part of why we are this close — increasing your position is the fastest way it finishes. If you have been following along without investing, this is the window. I would rather you decide than let it pass.Onwards.-The Surge Team
