The Artichoke Wefunder campaign is now entering its final stretch.We are at 37 investors and $69,500 raised, and the proof-of-concept short is in pre-production.Over the last few weeks I've shared storyboards, locations, members of the team and some of the thinking behind how we're preparing to make the film.At this point, the message is much simpler.Reaching the minimum funding threshold allowed us to move forward.Everything raised before the campaign closes gives us additional creative flexibility — with cast, crew, locations, production design, equipment, shooting time and post-production — and helps us push the proof-of-concept further.Because this short has a very specific job.It needs to make people see what Artichoke could become as a feature.We don't want to make the merely acceptable version of Artichoke.
