When we launched ChatRx, we began with a focused objective: to make physician-supervised urgent care affordable, accessible, and easy to use.That model has now served more than 4,700 registered users, supported more than 6,500 symptom assessments, and delivered more than 5,200 physician-supervised patient encounters across Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan. It proved that patients would embrace an easier, chat-first approach to receiving healthcare guidance and treatment.But something much larger has begun to emerge.Over the past year, employers, schools, universities, pharmacies, behavioral health organizations, benefit advisors, and public-sector healthcare initiatives have increasingly looked to ChatRx not simply as another telehealth service, but as healthcare infrastructure.These organizations face different challenges, but they consistently need help solving four fundamental problems:• Making healthcare more accessible• Making care more affordable• Helping people navigate a complicated healthcare system• Expanding healthcare capacity despite workforce shortagesChatRx is evolving to address all four.Today, our business operates through two complementary lines.ChatRx On-Demand Urgent Care provides affordable, physician-supervised virtual care for more than 40 common conditions.Our growing Intelligent Healthcare Navigation Network helps people identify the right care, at the right time, through the right resource. It is designed to connect individuals to available healthcare benefits, local healthcare ecosystems, pharmacies, community resources, appropriate levels of care, and, when clinically appropriate, treatment through ChatRx.This evolution is already opening meaningful new channels for growth.Our education partnerships represent access to more than 20,000 students, families, educators, and staff. Approximately 15 pharmacy partners extend our reach into communities representing more than 100,000 residents across Indiana and Illinois. Our employer relationships currently support more than 600 covered lives, with more than 2,000 additional lives involved in active implementation and expansion discussions.Through the Indiana GROW Rural Health Transformation Program, ChatRx will be working as a vendor to help develop a regional healthcare navigation network designed to serve more than 300,000 residents across seven Northern Indiana counties. This initiative represents an important early validation of ChatRx as population-scale healthcare infrastructure.The strategic importance of this transition goes beyond population reach.ChatRx historically generated revenue primarily through individual patient encounters. We are now working toward a more diversified recurring revenue model that includes employer per-member-per-month programs, organizational licensing, healthcare infrastructure deployments, and planned annual membership options for individuals and families.Our original On-Demand Urgent Care platform remains essential. It proved the technology, demonstrated patient demand, generated revenue, and established the clinical foundation for our company.Now, that foundation is supporting something much larger.ChatRx is becoming a physician-led, AI-enabled healthcare access platform capable of supporting not only individual patients, but entire employers, school systems, pharmacy networks, healthcare organizations, and regional communities.We believe this represents the next stage of our growth and one of the most exciting developments in the ChatRx story.To our investors and supporters, thank you for helping us build what comes next.Dr. Tod Stillson
