Pilot-scale protein production has begun as of today!What does that mean? It means that for the first time we are making not grams, but kilos of FUDI RuBisCO protein! This week’s pilot runs will serve the purpose of providing us with material to run lots of tests on but also, if all goes well, to provide samples to the many (select) corporate b2b customers who have requested samples for very specific applications.
