I just wanted to update the community here with some things I'm really excited about, and encourage you to share with people who might want to get in on the future of protein (or increase your stake): We have a pilot production date scheduled! A huge milestone in growing FUDI Protein and bringing our incredible RuBisCO protein to market is scaling-up production. We have validated our process at the lab scale, and now we need to produce larger volumes of protein for various purposes: Internal large-scale testing in various applications as an egg protein replacement, like baked goods, confectionery, sports nutrition drinks and protein bars, beverages, etc...! Providing samples to companies that have been requesting our incredible protein, and who would be great potential customers. Building our regulatory and IP package for strengthening our position in the market. We'll start making large(r) volumes of protein beginning the last week of August at our pilot production partner facility!! That's THIS month! We're super excited. The sample requests are streaming in! We're very excited that so many companies are asking for our RuBisCO protein. Some of the largest companies on the planet are eager to test our protein in their various products, and we're so excited to be able to provide them with samples within just a few weeks, as long as the pilot process is successful. We'll be sharing samples under strict Material Transfer Agreements, which outline how they can and can't use the material. Excited to keep the updates flowing!
