Dear Investors,We just closed out the first half of 2026, and it's a good moment to pause and look at what we've built. Half a year ago, HCO and Imago were still finding their rhythm as a combined entity. Today, we're posting our strongest growth numbers yet, operating in 11 states, and getting recognized in national press. The thesis of our combined entity is playing out as we hoped, and the past six months have given us plenty of proof.Let's dive in to this month's updates:📈 Record Growth Across the Combined EntityRevenue grew 20% month-over-month across HCO and Imago, and both businesses hit their highest number of concurrent members/patients to date. HCO closed the 6 months with 10X more members than the comparable period last year, and Imago had 3.5X more patient visits than the comparable period last year. We’ve been busy, and as is essential for any high-growth company, we’re keeping a disciplined focus on systematic removal of bottlenecks combined with supplementation with good process. There are many moving parts to this, and I’m very proud of how teams across HCO and Imago have showed up and kept up with the challenge.🌎 Imago Expands to Georgia and Ohio — Now in 11 StatesImago Rehab expanded into Georgia and Ohio this month. We're already seeing patients in Georgia, with Ohio launching this month, bringing our total footprint to 11 states.🏆 Featured in USA TodayI wrote a piece for USA Today this month on why respiratory care needs to shift from reacting to crises to preventing them, something I've felt personally through years of asthma attacks. A focus on preventative care matters not only for patients and their families, but also for the payers and employers footing the bill. Read the article here.🔥Featured on the Future of Personalized HealthI was honored to be a part of an expert panel with Dana Evans, President, the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) and Kenneth Mendez, President and CEO, the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA) on the Future of Personalized Health for a feature: Respiratory Care: Three Experts Talk Disease Management. Inclusion on a panel with these leaders in Respiratory Care is a testament to the tireless work of our team, and our earned right to provide context for why our healthcare system continues to fail patients with respiratory conditions. The other leaders and I didn’t collaborate on our answers, but you can see the clear through-line in all the answers, and HCO clearly fills the gap. Read the article here, and let us know your thoughts in the comments. 📣 Building Relationships at Industry EventsMay and June were busy months for our team, and we were well represented at different industry events. With everything we have going on, I’m so pleased that our team was able to show up and level up conversations at several industry events - showing true depth.Doug Roy (Head of Sales) represented HCO at the Medicare Market Innovations Conference in May, while Dr. Jennifer Chambers (our Chief Medical Officer) gave a presentation at a Pennsylvania-based Employer Association meeting. Jen and Heather Kloss, RRT, our Manager of Respiratory Outcomes, delivered a presentation to the Lehigh Valley Business Coalition on Health (LVBCH) in early June, where they featured outcomes from the intervention in the Steelton Highspire School District - an intervention that you, our community helped to fund. Then Doug and Jen joined forces for the LVBCH annual conference. Doug then attended another employer convention before he once again joined forces with Jen to represent us at another closed door employer-focused brainstorming session.I made a few trips to Boston and NYC as our fund-raising gathered momentum - more on that soon. On June 23rd, I was pleased to be part of an invite-only cohort chosen to meet with the team at Google Ventures in NYC for an in-depth behind-the-scenes look at the state of healthcare ventures and the market landscape. I left that meeting even more convinced that HCO’s time has come - the industry has finally caught up with where we’ve been for a while, and I couldn’t be more excited about the future we’re building together.🥇Dr. Chambers Receives Penn State Distinguished Alumni Award! From Team HCO, big shout-out and congratulations to Dr. Jennifer A. Chambers, Chief Medical Officer of Health Care Originals, on receiving the Penn State Distinguished Alumni Award, the highest honor the University bestows on its alumni. Dr. Chambers earned her MBA from Penn State Harrisburg and her M.D. from Penn State College of Medicine. Since then, she has built an extraordinary career as a physician, healthcare innovator, and leader, with a trademark attitude of service and giving back that defines her life, not just her career. We are so proud to have Dr. Chambers leading HCO's clinical vision. This recognition is a testament to her dedication, expertise, and the lasting impact she continues to make in healthcare. 💸 Reg D Round Now LiveWe officially opened our Reg D raise on Wefunder last month. “Reg D?
