We are excited to announce that two of Texas’s most prominent family law attorneys, Jennifer Hargrave and Randall Wilhite, are lead investors for our WeFunder campaign. In addition, they will advise BlissDivorce on its entry into the Texas market.Jennifer and Randy’s bios are provided below. Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Jennifer brings over three decades of focused legal experience to her practice. She is widely recognized for her ability to construct creative solutions that protect what matters most—family, values, and the future. He is experienced in litigation, arbitration and mediation. He specializes in complex property disputes, stock option and restricted stock issues, retirement assets, employee benefits, taxation issues, characterization of assets as separate or community property, business valuation and division and other valuation issues. As a mediator, he has settled over 2,600 family law cases.In addition to his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston College of Law, Randy is a Certified Public Accountant. This gives him the background to handle sophisticated tax and business cases. He is also one of the very few practicing attorneys in the United States who is Accredited in Business Valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.Randy’s other accomplishments include co-authoring five books on Texas family law and serving as an adjunct professor at the University of Texas School of Law in Austin. In addition, he has presented over 130 continuing legal education articles at seminars and institutes in Texas and around the United States.
